During our vacation in South Tyrol, we tried many restaurants – but none impressed us as much as this small, traditional Italian restaurant in Bolzano. The menu is manageable, but that's precisely what speaks for the quality. The emphasis here is on freshness, regional products, and genuine craftsmanship. Every bite was a little feast – authentic, honest, and full of flavor. The prices are surprisingly moderate, especially considering the quality of the food. You can tell: This isn't about fancy stuff or tourist rip-offs, but about real taste. A big compliment also to the warm service – attentive, friendly, and always up for a pleasant chat. We felt completely at home. Conclusion: We haven't eaten better anywhere during our entire vacation.
