I bought an Easter Colomba cake. It was definitely expensive, but the quality was superb. I've never tasted such a delicious leavened cake. Soft, fragrant, and with the perfect consistency. Fresh, high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

While in Potenza for work, a friend took me to Tiri, telling me I absolutely had to try it. The very kind Marianna (I hope I remember her name) suggested what I should try, and when I asked her what I absolutely had to take home, she immediately recommended the "Salted Caramel Pan Bauletto." I couldn't have made a more perfect suggestion!!! Delicious, I finished it all in one day! I'll be back in Potenza often, and Tiri will always be a must-try! See you soon ;-)

The desserts are very good. I recommend the chocolate and banana cake (the award-winning one). On a negative note, the staff inside closed the bar (the cafeteria) at 9:00 PM (it actually closes at 9:30 PM). When we asked for coffee and cappuccino, they argued among themselves.
