The best of pastry making in Basilicata. It's worth a visit.

Tried it for the first time in October as a panettone lover. Since then I have gone there at least 7 times, even though it takes me 1h30m by car to get there. As eloquent as the previous sentence is, I must compliment everyone, starting from the pastry chefs and ending with the waiters. Incredibly good products, exceptional leavened products, delicious semifreddos (the egg-shaped ones they make at Easter are incredible). Top quality pastries, the mignons the same, and to make sure we don't miss anything, incredible pizza and super good bread. Practically my favorite place, it redefined the concept of breakfast for me. Prices for breakfasts are also low as far as I'm concerned. For semifreddo and leavened desserts they are absolutely right for the quality offered. I will continue to go back

why so much arrogance and lack of serenity among the staff? Bordering on irritation. Power doesn't end at Tiri! In short..... life is lightness!

Passing through Potenza I stop at the renowned Tiri, a nice place, nice and tidy staff, decent coffee, shame about the dirty saucer, melted chocolate, average place, nothing exceptional as I was told

Rinomata pasticceria per via del panettone, che da diversi anni risulta tra i migliori d'Italia...provo quello caramello salato, che dire? Provatelo,eccezionale! I miei colleghi sono rimasti contenti anche di quello tradizionale!È possibile assaggiare fette di diverso tipo, al costo di 5e l'una, altri tipi di dolci...e anche le pizze! I panettoni, piccoli e grandi,nelle confezioni sono in vendita. Buoni, ok, ma prezzi,a mio avviso, un po alti!
