Tiri is the sales point of the famous panettone producer, but now we have to call them leavened, since it produces colombe, trunks and other delicacies all year round. Even though I live in Sorrento, I find a way to go there at least once a month... and every time I find a new goodness... this time I found the chocolate chip biscuits... Well done!!! Last Saturday for the first time I found a product not up to the Tiri standard....a rustic croissant with turkey and courgettes, not crunchy and moist inside.....strange...I'm reporting it for possible corrections, not wanting to believe that it dates back to the day before. A benevolent and posthumous criticism... lately if you don't book... you can't find the bread... the origin of everything and it continues to be excellent... with the novelty of multi-grain bread... I don't remember the precise number of cereals in the dough.... It's a shame especially for people like me, from far away Sorrento, every time I pass by the Basentana, find the time and desire to stop by and visit you.... ...and this year marks forty years since the first visit to the bakery in Acerenza....where I had the pleasure of meeting the grandfather of the current Maestro....
