Everything was very good. Prices were a bit higher than average, but everything was top-notch. I'd eliminate the pesto or basil sauce scattered around the pizzas and add draft beers (not necessarily gluten-free). Good experience.

I've been to this place and I have to say it was pure heaven! The place is very relaxing and inviting, perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly; they took care of me and did everything they could to make me feel at home. The gluten-free food was excellent; every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. The cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable; you can tell the staff takes great care of the place. The friendliness and hospitality were simply perfect; I felt right at home! 😊 If you're looking for a gluten-free place to relax and eat well, this is the place for you!

My absolute favorite pizzeria in Palermo, the best gluten-free pizza in the world, with a dough so soft and light that even the crust (which I almost never eat) is irresistible. Every time I get the chance to return, it's always a wonderful experience; Timilia never disappoints.

30/11/2025: We had an extraordinary time at Casale Drinzi in Collesano. We stayed for about three hours and enjoyed every minute - the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely exquisite—beautifully presented, made with high-quality local ingredients, just incredibly delicious. Every dish was served properly and with care. Prices were definitely reasonable for the quality offered. The restaurant is located a tad outside Collesano and is very easy to reach, only a short drive up from Cefalù. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience.
