Our family of three had a late lunch here the day we arrived in Palermo. We got one normal pizza and one gluten free plus an antipasto plate. The pizzas were to die for - I've never encountered a gluten free base so perfect. The service was amazing, so accommodating of our five year old and very proactive asking about dietary requirements. We'll certainly eat here again before we leave Palermo!

Great couple of meals here on our first visit to Palermo. My partner is Gluten intolerant and she said the Gluten free Calzone was the best she’d ever had. Many GF options. Staff friendly too. Recommended especially for GF.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had already been saying this is the best pizza in Italy since a year ago, but tonight i was simply blown away by the service. Maria in particular was an angel. Simply put…they’ve gotten both restaurant service and pizza making down to an art.

Please try the pizza here. I live in Germany, and I always pay 26 euros for a pizza. ㅠ It was average. I never knew a 12.5 euro pizza could be this delicious... It was the pizza of my life. They have so many varieties. I couldn't finish it all by myself, but I took the rest home and ate it all. And you can also order pizza by the slice.

05/11/2025: It’s really worth the journey. Great tasting pizza. We tried four different pizzas and they were all fantastic, made with the best ingredients on an absolutely flavorful and crispy base. We tried their Tiramisu for dessert. Not recommended at all. Just have the pizza! Also make sure to book in advance.

15/02/2026: Today we were there for the second time. We were enchanted the first time, and the second, too. Nestled in the hills near Collesano, it offers breathtaking views and is easy to reach. The place feels like home, they welcome you with a smile, the fireplace is always lit, in short, it's a comfortable refuge. The service is excellent, even on the busiest and most hectic days, with a constant smile and friendliness from the staff. The owner loves what he does; you'll see him wandering the tables, personally serving guests, and making sure everything is fine. The food is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, but without losing their local identity. In short, it's like eating at a gourmet grandmother's house! The portions are generous; we couldn't finish everything and took the rest home because throwing it away would have been sacrilegious. They always offer a shot of their own liqueurs. The chocolate one is definitely worth trying; it's sublime. We bought a bottle. Casale Drinzi is one of those places that fills your belly and warms your heart, perfect for a little pampering every now and then. See you next time!
