The place is very well-known and popular in the area, so my review is based on multiple experiences there. Each experience was worse than the last. The prices are sky-high and completely out of proportion to the quality of the service and products offered. Of all the experiences, the worst occurred about two weeks ago. I ordered a draft beer and it was sour. I pointed this out to the waiter, who confirmed it by smell alone. The bartender poured another. Undrinkable. I suggested the "manager" check the keg because it might be damaged. He refused, without even attempting to offer an alternative.

I went almost by chance with my sister, my niece, and our dog. They welcomed us very kindly and explained the offer. There's a snack area and a restaurant area. We chose the restaurant; they gave us a large table so the dog had room. We ordered two appetizers and three entrees. We left feeling very full (I finished my sister's and niece's portions). The two people who served us were kind, but perhaps a little understaffed. However, it was a beautiful, sunny Sunday in January, and the crowd wasn't expected to be so large.

Definitely coming back!! The atmosphere is beautiful, with music and good food, so much fun. We came on a Sunday night, thinking there would be no one there, but it was PACKED! We ate and drank, and the food was excellent value. I had a basil shot that was SO delicious, I ordered four! The staff was also VERY friendly and knowledgeable (the service is professional and fast).

Passing by, we stopped at this wonderful place that served as both a bar and a restaurant. A fabulous location and super-welcoming staff. As recommended, a lovely warm focaccia was our welcome... Then the wonder continued: the meats we chose were wonderful. If I may add a little tidbit... The Tagliata, while fabulous, was a little too "stiff" in the mouth. We finished with a good coffee and then headed home. Everything was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Very nice atmosphere with soft colors, it feels like entering your own home, excellent service, super food in a neighborhood like Eur. Modest prices, worth trying.

01/05/2026: The Neapolitan pizza is good, but the other dishes are overpriced, even considering the quantity and quality. The wine is cheap, and above all, the place appears quite run-down and not very clean. I recommend a good refresh.
21/03/2026: I always love coming back. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is top-notch in terms of quality and freshness. The price is reasonable.

17/02/2026: Thanks to Francesca at the front desk, always available and impeccable… Thanks to Giorgia whose smile and sweet words at breakfast help you start the day off right… Thanks to Simone, a dinner manager like no other I've ever encountered in any hotel in Rome… and last but not least, a warm greeting to TIZIANA, the massage lady who, with what she does in the hotel's spa, should be considered an employee of the month!!!!!!. I think I'll be returning to the hotel this weekend not only because I feel like I'm part of the family but specifically for her massages. A big hello to all the staff whose names I still have to learn… I forgot… a greeting to the MADE of my room during my stay… the room was ALWAYS spotless and tidy!!!! ❤️See you soon MICHELE from EUR ROME
08/02/2026: Great location - walking distance to everything. Top notch service! Friendly and accomodating. Very knowledgble Rooms are spacious, clean and our room even had a towel warmer. Nice shower and large closet space. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options and variety. Hot and cold options. Will stay there again on the next pass through! Definitely recommend.
