14/12/2024: Guys, the restaurant at the Caffè degli Specchi has reopened. Today I had lunch with friends and I was extremely satisfied. New management, new Chef, new excellent dishes!!!!! I ate the delicious focaccia with sardenaira, tasty, then an excellent pasta with fish carbonara, mouth-watering!!!! Then I tasted the stuffed anchovies.... Amazing!!!! with prescinsea and prebuggiun, never eaten like this. All washed down with an excellent red wine, I concluded with a mouth-watering panna cotta with medlar compote. Well done young and well-prepared guys, a breath of innovation in a historic venue. I'll be back soon.
