The food is really good, the service is basic but courteous, it's worth a try.....what can I say, everything is good....both the service and the food....the guy who serves is kind...the owner seems gruff but is nice....it's worth a try

Due to a three-hour layover in Genoa, we had some time to spare, so we used Google Maps to find a restaurant near the bus station. We decided on the neighboring "Trattoria da Mario," which was closed for vacation—which turned out to be a stroke of luck. The "Tierra Nuestra," just a few steps away, didn't seem inviting at first glance, with its large-format food photos in the entrance area and its somewhat small and cramped outdoor terrace. This impression quickly faded, however. We had a few questions about the dishes on the menu, which the waitress couldn't answer due to language barriers. The restaurant manager noticed this and stepped in to help, calling the chef from the kitchen to our table, who answered our question. We found this very friendly and helpful. My companion then ordered fish with rice, and I ordered seafood with rice. We received two generous portions, which were visually appealing and both of us thoroughly enjoyed them. At the end of our visit, we were glad that the "Trattoria da Mario" was closed, as otherwise we wouldn't have experienced this extraordinary culinary experience.

The food is very good, better than the restaurants in Barcelona.
