We stayed for a week as a family 👪 and had a great time. The hotel is in a fantastic location right by the sea. There's only one road between the sea and the hotel. The food is always fresh and very tasty. The breakfast was excellent. The entertainment was discreet and well-organized. The room we had overlooked the pool and we were happy with it; small but comfortable with an adjoining terrace.

I stayed at this property for the summer holidays. It was excellent in every way: the welcome, entertainment, restaurant, and cleaning service. Compliments to the staff, especially Elena and Andrea. Highly recommended.

My review is based on three stays over the last three summer seasons, including the current one, and I can say that the only positive constants are the lounge and bar service, masterfully managed by Grazia, the beach service, and the housekeeping. They have maintained a truly commendable level of kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness toward guests. Unfortunately, the cuisine, while good, has seen a decline in both quality and selection, as has the breakfasts. As for the reception, which is also where I work and should be the establishment's calling card, this year was a real debacle. Being assigned a room that's clearly downgraded from previous years in terms of size and comfort (placing a third bed for a 3-year-old under the air conditioning is unthinkable) is unjustifiable, especially when a request for a room change within 20 minutes of being assigned is completely ignored in the following days (several rooms on our floor were rotated in the days following our check-in, and only three days before our departure, thanks to the efforts of Maître d'Hôtel Grazia, who met us on the beach with a manager, were we offered a change, but by then the damage was done, and the patch was worse than the hole!). In conclusion, success always lies in the attention to detail, and at this establishment, unfortunately, despite the staff's best efforts, in my experience both as a hotel operator and as a guest, this is slowly being lost.

My husband, my almost 2-year-old daughter, and I spent a week at this property. We had a great time; my daughter settled in very well and had a great time. Here are the positive aspects we noted: - All the staff are extremely kind and helpful, from the reception to those who take care of the room arrangements. - There is always fresh water, both still and sparkling, available on the terrace. I recommend bringing a water bottle, either individually or they offer the option of purchasing it on site. - The food is excellent and the buffet is very convenient, although it can get quite chaotic at peak times, but that's okay. - We had an assigned table, and it was always the same, so you didn't risk, as with other similar options, not finding a seat. This would have been particularly inconvenient, especially with a baby. - The beach entrance is in front of the hotel, just across the street. It's well-organized, with assigned umbrellas and lounge chairs, a bar with a relaxation area, and tables. - There's a small dedicated area for small children with play equipment, and the entertainment was discreet and unobtrusive, and the kids loved it, especially the baby dance from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM. - The room was very clean and smelled good, with air conditioning and a window with a clothesline. Here are the reasons why I couldn't give it 5 stars. - Daily paid parking, but it was inconvenient to use if I wanted to drive. I had to go to reception to open the gate. - If you want to dine at the restaurant and not the buffet, you need to book very early in the morning, otherwise they sell out. - The opening hours of the buffet are inconvenient for families with children: 12:30 PM for lunch and 7:30 PM for dinner. - If you want to use the safe, a €5 deposit is required. - The shower drained very slowly, and a couple of times we found the towels were dirty or broken. - The bed was very uncomfortable; both my husband and I had back pain all week. - You have to pay for a crib. - The air conditioning was very noisy. - They only let one key card per room, which was very inconvenient if one of us wanted to rest and the other go for a walk because we had to open the door manually on the way back. - The room with a pine forest view was very private, but it overlooked the tracks, and you could often hear the train passing by. Aside from a few other details, our stay was more than pleasant. We recommend it, perhaps not exactly in high season!

My family and I spent our holidays at this property. The location near the sea is excellent, and the rooms and common areas are always spotlessly clean. The food is excellent, plentiful, and varied. Breakfast is like a bar (no vending machines). All the staff are friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction. I recommend this property.

Family vacation ended with a bang, everyone in my family was happy, especially considering my family is made up of people of all ages (I put the facilities to the test 😂)—two children aged 15 and 6, a mother-in-law and mother aged 69 and 78, and my wife and I are both in our 40s. The facility is convenient because everything is within easy reach, the food is good and varied, and there are also two restaurants, one served and one buffet. The sea is beautiful when the currents are right; we saw several starfish and fish swimming between our legs. I thank all the reception staff, especially Fabrizia, the manager, all the waiters, the maître d' Grazia, who is always ready to satisfy guests, the lido bar Davide and his wife, the always impeccable cleaning staff, the very professional and helpful lifeguards, and last but not least, the three entertainers Manuela, Martina, and the athlete from the fantastic yoga class whose name I can't remember. Thank you for recharging me. Next year Greenblu will definitely be my only holiday with you!!

Relaxing holiday... all the staff were extremely friendly, no exceptions! The property is suitable for families with children. Just steps from the sea... with a fine sandy beach and gently sloping sea. Three room types: sea view, garden view, pool view, and pine forest view. Good food: two starters and main courses (plus pasta with tomato sauce)... appetizers, fruit, and dessert in the evening. In the evening, it was also possible to dine on the terrace, served at the table with a complete tasting menu. Excellent breakfast with bar service (no vending machines).

Beautiful location, excellent value, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful beach. We had a great time. Great attention to minimizing plastic use and separating materials and packaging: well done!
