Excellent butcher shop in the center of Bra, authorized for the famous sausage, which I ate just last night, of remarkable quality, along with Fassona tartare, the friendly and helpful staff complete the picture.

15/07/2025: Great location near Saluzzo Academy Orchestra and in the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. English speaking if required. Food was lovely and good size plates.
