Beautiful place managed by the same owners who opened in Pontecchio Marconi years ago, very modern and refined, excellent service with very kind and helpful staff, vast choice of excellent quality Asian fusion menu, possibility of takeaway. Very good

It is a restaurant that I frequent with my partner. Let me start by saying that you and I are very demanding and are always looking for the best Asian restaurant. We found someone better than The Yuan, but this never ceases to amaze us! Actually, it seems that the more time passes, the more the quality of the dishes increases. Furthermore, the order management system works very well. Super recommended!

The best all you can eat sushi I tried in Bologna. The dinner menu is broader than the lunch one and the fish is of excellent quality, even the raw shellfish. The service is very fast, the fastest I have ever seen in any restaurant. I highly recommend.

Luogo forse troppo affollato, molta confusione. Alcuni cibi erano freddi, la tempura era fritta bene ma il gambero era più piccolo dell'impanatura, la tempura nei maki era gommosa e alcuni cibi sapevano di poco, tempi di consegna molto veloci e personale gentile e cordiale.

18/04/2025: Maybe it's a little more expensive than the other all you can eat options, but the place is nice, the service excellent and the food very good and with great variety in the choice.
08/04/2025: So-so experience... Discrete place, friendly and welcoming staff. Sufficient food, nothing more. Some bland dishes. High price for a weekday dinner. I place it among the mediocre in all you can eat restaurants of this type. Not enough experience.

20/04/2025: We had the opportunity to eat at this sushi during the 6h of Imola The food is delicious and has a variety of particular sushi, which is difficult to find around. The service is quick and efficient The environment is beautiful: the Japanese-style pond with Koi carp in the center of the room makes everything more evocative. Highly recommended! We will be back!❤️
04/04/2025: What I like about Ayaki is the ultra-fast service. Arrivals. You sit down. Orders from the tablet. The dishes arrive within minutes. This is much more convenient, as there is no need to order everything immediately with the fear of not finishing the food, but you can order a little at a time. The food is very good. The portions are not large which is also good as you can eat more things. Highly recommended!
