Spectacular ambiance; lounge-style, romantic. There's a room reserved for couples, and another for larger tables. Everything is meticulously designed. I must say the service is also worth the €3.50 cover charge. The meal itself was a true culinary experience. I must say there were some flaws, such as the octopus, which was cooked incorrectly and was therefore too tough. These are flaws that shouldn't exist given the restaurant's price, which is indeed quite high; the price is offset by generous discounts if you book with the fork. But overall, it was a very pleasant experience—especially the ambiance—and one I would return for, so I don't feel like not giving it 5 stars.

A very nice renovation. All the young people passed through here in the '80s and even before... the legendary Caserma Cavalli, where they did the military selections! Today there are various activities; the open space is beautiful. The restaurant seems a bit rough, but once you sit down, the feeling improves greatly: the seats are nice and very comfortable, the table settings are perfect, the atmosphere is pleasant. And the service is perfect: young, fast, polite, and helpful. I ate very well. And the wines were excellent, too. But the price, honestly, seemed disproportionate (a first course €21 and a glass of wine €9)... ugh! There's only one bathroom. One. And by mid-evening, it was already unusable; a shame because that makes all the difference. If I had spent €35 per person, I would have said it was a restaurant worth returning to immediately. But for €15-20 more... you can find better.

The service was polite and friendly, and I felt very comfortable. I had the bistecca, but the waiter told me it was a lot and that I shouldn't order too many other dishes. And just as he said, the portions were huge. lol The portions were generous and delicious, so I was very satisfied!

This restaurant is highly recommended. The ambiance and service are like few other places in Florence. The chef's talent is evident in the kitchen, with beautifully crafted flavors and combinations. The music is soft and the decor is excellent.

A sure thing, we always return as soon as we can, and every time we're amazed by the quality! The staff is incredibly kind and the food is fabulous!

Beautiful, spacious, modern, classy atmosphere without frills or opulence. We had mixed platters and fried fish, Gallega-style octopus, and Milanese risotto with ossobuco ragù and lemon gel, which I think is perfect because it "cuts the fat" a bit from the otherwise quite substantial dish. For dessert, cheesecake (can be improved) with chestnut sauce (good), and chestnut ice cream (excellent). What can I say... I'll be back!! One piece of advice... turn down the background music a bit!

Le cadre de ce restaurant est sans conteste son atout principal : installé au pied d’une superbe coupole, il offre un décor enchanteur, notamment en terrasse au coucher du soleil. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné, bien que parfois un peu maladroit (oubli d’un verre de vin facturé, couteau inadapté pour la viande). Côté cuisine, les antipasti et primi piatti sont savoureux et généreux. En revanche, le célèbre steak à la florentine, bien que magnifiquement présenté, s’est révélé décevant tant par sa cuisson que par son accompagnement, un peu sec, surtout au vu du prix élevé (minimum 70 €). En somme, une jolie expérience, idéale pour un dîner en couple, mais qui ne figure pas parmi les meilleures adresses de Florence.
