Beautiful, spacious, modern, classy atmosphere without frills or opulence. We had mixed platters and fried fish, Gallega-style octopus, and Milanese risotto with ossobuco ragù and lemon gel, which I think is perfect because it "cuts the fat" a bit from the otherwise quite substantial dish. For dessert, cheesecake (can be improved) with chestnut sauce (good), and chestnut ice cream (excellent). What can I say... I'll be back!! One piece of advice... turn down the background music a bit!

Spectacular location in one of the city's most beautiful squares. Impeccable service, professional and competent. Excellent appetizers, including a top-notch fried dish. The rice, cooked two minutes too long, was delicious, made with top-quality ingredients. The vegetarian dish with cauliflower and pickles was excellent.
Unique desserts.
Prices are reasonable for the quality and service.

The food was excellent—beautiful, tasty, and plentiful. The service was professional, although a bit slow between courses because there was only one waiter, but he was very good at managing all the tables. The atmosphere was very nice, modern, and minimalist.

I've already tried this experience. I brought four friends, and they were very happy. The food was excellent, served elegantly, and the service was impeccable. Matteo served us quickly, very kindly, and friendly.
The atmosphere was excellent. There's nothing to complain about. I'll definitely be back.

El personal era increíble. Muy atento y conocedor del menú. El restaurante estaba situado en el otro lado del Arno a la parte principal de la ciudad de Florencia tan interesante para ver otra parte de la ciudad.
