19/04/2025: Tried the famous 1kg Florentina steak at Trattoria Dall’Oste—absolutely mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. My daughter loved her half dish of meatballs too. We booked early for a discount, which was easy on the wallet without compromising on quality. Pro tip: after all that meat, don’t skip the aperitivo—it’s the perfect finish!

17/04/2025: This is one of the top steak restaurants in Florence, I’ve been recommended by locals and they’re right, every dish we had are very delicious especially different variations of pastas and the Steak Florentina, you can’t not not eat that when you are in Florence, the Steak is very juicy but the longer you leave it the more it gets overcooked so I would advise to order the steak more rare than you usually eat like if you want medium rare order it rare, I also advised to order Steak Florentina in amount of people with kilos , for 2 [0.75 kg] , for 4 [1.5 kg] , for 6 [2.25 kg] , for 8 [3 kg] and in terms of service is max quality the lady that served us had told us what she likes brought us to the butcher’s counter to show us how 3 kilos are like absolute wonderful.
