Very good pinsa, unlike the pasta which was simply passable. I lower my rating due to the quality of the wines and beer, both of which are very poor.

It is a restaurant that I highly recommend! Super quality/price. My boyfriend and I chose the all-you-can-eat menu of pasta and pinsa. The pasta dishes are very classic, you shouldn't expect great seasonings, but good, normal taste. The pinse, on the other hand, were really delicious! So final advice: go for just a pinsa and you won't be disappointed :)

We had lunch using the all you can eat formula, paying 16.90 +2 euros per person. The place is nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the food good and tasty. Among the dishes that I ate with great pleasure and that I feel I can recommend are the ravioli with ragù, the gnocchi with pumpkin and sausage, the penne with Sicilian pesto, spaghetti with sardines (exclusive dish of the day), the very good Pinsa, I ate the one with mortadella and burrata, in general the Pinsa dough was digestible, crunchy on the outside and soft enough on the inside! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are around Pisa, ah the top Sicilian cannoli! I would definitely go back!

For an all you can eat restaurant the quality of the food is incredible. Very sociable and kind staff.
