The Phonogram Club In Ugento

I spent a very pleasant evening at Phonogram, a refined restaurant with a charming atmosphere. It offers outdoor seating with a view of the Ugento square and cathedral, while being caressed by the Salento breeze and listening to good music. The cuisine is excellent, thanks to the carefully selected ingredients. The owner and staff are very friendly, welcoming customers with a smile and fulfilling requests promptly. Excellent service!

We visited during with our children. The place (and town) is gorgeous. Food was great, from Burrata/Zucchini to all the pasta we had. Children were served first, very attentive staff. Perfect evening, thank you!

We began with a trio of appetizers, all carefully crafted with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors that reflect the local culinary tradition. Each course was a mini-taste journey, a clear sign of attentive and passionate cuisine. A special mention goes to the staff, truly kind and friendly, a typical Salento trait. The owner, in particular, was welcoming and helpful, and pampered us with a truly appreciated gesture: he offered us a homemade digestif, ending the evening on a genuine and warm note. An experience we highly recommend to anyone seeking fine cuisine, an authentic atmosphere, and sincere hospitality in the heart of Salento.

So I have to say that the food and service are very good, the atmosphere and style is London-like. I had dinner with my family, it didn't take long, but everything was perfect 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Old-fashioned pub inside; outdoor tables in a wonderful square. A peaceful atmosphere and quality products; fast and friendly service. It feels like being in your own living room. Unmissable. Well done everyone!

Very nice place, we had already been there, and we gladly returned. Very kind staff. I recommend for lovers of red beer as it is quite well stocked. As soon as I get to Ugento I will return.

Super nice location on the piazza in Ugento. From June 15th, tables are also available outside on the piazza. The interior is beautifully decorated, American diner style. Very detailed. Delicious food. Great burger variations. Great appetizers. Very tasty bread. Dogs allowed. Highly recommended.

Questo locale si trova nel centro storico di Ugento ma, una volta entrati, ci si dimentica di essere in Puglia e si viene avvolti dall'atmosfera rilassante e intima del tipico pub londinese. Si mangia accompagnati da buona musica e si può scegliere tra varie proposte culinarie, tutte di ottima qualità: io ho mangiato una gustosissima seppia grigliata e il mio fidanzato un hamburger con una carne fenomenale (che detto da un toscano è un gran complimento!). Anche le chips e la fritturina di pesce sono ottime, per non parlare del soufflé al cioccolato con cuore fondente. Il personale è gentile e attento senza mai essere invadente. D'estate si può cenare anche all'aperto.
