Amazing hotel in a beautifully renovated palazzo directly on the Grand Canal. Our room was very nice, super comfortable. Housekeeping was impeccable. Concierge and lobby staff were welcoming and professional. Boat drivers were super friendly and eager to please. A wonderful experience! We were lucky enough to visit the Aman hotel and I can say that we were enchanted......like a Venetian palace.....as soon as you enter it will enchant you.....we went for an aperitif at sunset and it was magical....the quality.....the atmosphere..the service.....the calm and serenity of the space....the luxury.....everything was perfect.....a hotel worth visiting at least once in our lives....

I had an absolutely luxurious and unforgettable stay at Aman Venice. The property is stunning—truly elegant and refined in every detail. Its location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, making it very convenient while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Staying here felt less like a hotel experience and more like being invited into a noble residence—very special and unique. The only slightly awkward moment was around tipping. I had been giving tips along the way during my stay, but at the end, I was asked again about it, which made things a bit uncomfortable as I wasn’t sure of the expected practice. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend Aman Venice to anyone looking for a truly luxurious stay in Venice.

In summary, the hotel is modern, exclusive, and made a huge impression on me, so I would recommend it to anyone looking for luxurious accommodation in this city.

As a master cabinetmaker and expert in the material, my attention was drawn to the subtle boundary separating the 'old' from the 'ancient'. While the old is material that endures time, the ancient is a spirit that dominates it; however, today I sensed that this noble residence is experiencing a moment of 'apnea'. The floors, the wood paneling, and the gilding possess a vibrant soul, yet one that waits to breathe fully again and express the world primacy it rightfully deserves. There is a 'Great Beauty' here that goes beyond hospitality: it is an artisan's responsibility. A unique place, which with the right care and a pinpoint vision can rise from the fourteenth to the absolute first jewel in the world, just like the art of our cuisine. An experience that leaves its mark and invites profound reflection on the preservation of excellence.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The hotel is simply stunning and elegant with exceptional staff. The rooms are comfortable and unbelievably gorgeous. The private tour of the Doge palace was unbelievable and the sunset tour was breathe taking. The other thing we enjoyed the most was going to the market with the chef who then prepared a meal from what we picked. It was so memorable and unique and delicious. We were with our 8 year old daughter and she is still in a trance from how much she loved this hotel. She could not stop looking at the ceilings. Thank you so much
