Nothing better than this place! How can you not be in love with one of the oldest and well-restored palaces in Venice! Impossible to miss a great breakfast and service.

Visited the spa, my hotel Palazzo Venart arranged it. Quite possibly the most lavish massage and spa Ive ever had. Elise was incredible. Strong hands, super professional. The spa was incredible, clean, and high tech. I give Elise and the spa a 100000 out of 10 rating. Visit the bar after for a total experience.

I've been here in Venice for some time now and when I want to be pampered I go to Aman. This place is an oasis of relaxation, beauty and kindness. Unparalleled hospitality, delicious restaurant and one of the most famous bars in Italy. All in a breathtaking setting. The best experience in Venice.

I had such a lovely stay at the Aman in Venice. What differentiates an Aman from other luxury hotel chains is the details in the property and service. Upon arrival I was greeted by about 5 members of the staff, taken on a tour of the Palazzo with historical context for the artwork, design, and the family that owns the Palazzo. I will never understand how the staff learns your name so quickly (it was the same when my husband and I stayed at Amanyara). What makes this property so special is its seclusion and privacy, amidst a bustling Venice. Although it is rather secluded, the property is centrally located, and it's easy to explore other areas of Venice. Unfortunately, my husband had to get back to New York and couldn't stay with me in Venice. I was a bit sad to be there solo, but the staff was so friendly and warm, I felt right at home. During my stay, I was having issues with the strength of the wifi connection and it was fixed immediately (other hotel chains would ignore this request, but never the Aman) My one critic is that it would be great if the rooms had Dyson hairdryers, I hate that I can't travel with my Dyson hair products (voltage conversion issues) so having one there would be a massive plus. Otherwise, it was an incredible stay and I hope to be back again soon. Thank you to the Aman staff for your warm and friendly welcome, it was very much appreciated.

The Aman is a beautiful hotel; slightly overpriced, but nonetheless, a lovely stay. There was nobody to greet us on our arrival, but very quickly someone came out to welcome us. We were led to our magnificent room and enjoyed a wonderful couple of days. The ceilings were high, the outlook was lovely, it was quiet and comfortable, and we never once saw the superb housekeeping staff. After a couple of days in Rome (we’d popped over to see one of our suppliers), we returned to the Aman, however the next available room was not so impressive. (To be fair it was a busy time of year.) This time the ceilings were low and the hallway was very loud. We heard staff continually walking up & down the hall, trolleys being rattled along the hall, it was dreadful in comparison. I felt like we’d been shunted into staff quarters :( We felt quite unimportant and dismissed :( However we were also oddly grateful to the hotel for trying to accommodate us during a busy time of year. In any case, we made it through, and the Arva restaurant made it all bearable (superb restaurant!) However we didn’t sleep well, and for that price we really felt we were grossly overcharged. Regardless, the staff & service were magnificent. The spa treatment with Lisa was lovely. And when we requested to purchase some of the wonderful olive oil they used in Arva restaurant, they kindly gifted it to us 🥰 It’s a very nice hotel, just make certain you get the room you want, or you may be relegated to ‘staff quarters’ standard 😅 Service is flawless, food is superb, and the gardens are lovely, with an intriguing sculpture balanced on a swing out the back.

A hotel with the standard and services typical of 5-star hotels.. It offers: a comfortable apartment, a delicious and abundant breakfast, which is an advantage of the accommodation, delicious and inexpensive food from the hotel restaurant, friendly and professional service, and other wide range of services. To sum up, the hotel is modern, exclusive and made a huge impression on me, so I would like to recommend it to everyone who is looking for luxurious accommodation in this city ;)

The Aman Venice is an oasis of pampered calm in a tourist packed city. This hotel has fewer than 30 rooms in a meticulously maintained palace. In addition to two courtyards, the hotel has a roof terrace, library, beautiful bar with a piano once played by Chopin, fine dining restaurant (Arva), and the highest levels of service expected of Aman properties. Be sure to explore the various room and lounges dedicated to guests. They even have a small but functional gym and a small spa. The concierge handled all of our dining reservation needs, sending us to some great restaurants big and small across Venice. The hotel is accessible by water taxi, and close to the S Silvestro water bus stop. If arriving by plane, enjoy the boat ride from the airport to the Aman - naturally the hotel will arrange transportation. If you have a chance and the means to stay here, don't hesitate for a second.

We had brunch at the Aman in Venice, and not only was the food amazing, but the decor was out of this world. Should not be missed, but expect to pay for your quality experience.
