Excellent and inexpensive! Multiple choices of draft beers and burgers. The sauces are delicious and not overdone, it really makes the difference! The atmosphere is calm, suitable for going with children. I recommend not missing out on Mericano during your stay in Pompeii.

Good food, somewhat poor service. They got confused with the bill, chased me out into the street, yelling, demanding I pay the bill a second time. He was shocked when I showed him I'd already paid with the receipt in hand, and then he apologized. Better organize yourselves, I won't be coming back.

We went to 'Mericano' on the recommendation of a dear friend, inspired by the excellent beer selection. A very nice Western-style place. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent food. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Pompeii amphitheater.

06/11/2025: The burger was not bad, more like a semi-finished product, but it tasted good. For being on the main street right behind the bus stop between the train station and the archaeological center, the prices were surprisingly good. Burger for €7, large fries, which were enough for two people, for €4. I certainly won't say how good the burger was and that I would want it again, I've had many much better ones, but I'm actually very satisfied with it. Friendly service, great place, great prices and a great location. So I would go here again next time.
04/11/2025: Great place for a delicious meal! It's located right in front of the entrance to the excavations. Friendly staff and fair prices.
