The Meal In Camerano

From the outside, I expected a more refined place, but inside it actually looks like a rather unkempt restaurant, at least aesthetically speaking: tasteless flooring, ditto furnishings, plastic plants... luckily, the food is excellent and the service, although a little too informal, is efficient.

Fabulous location, especially on summer evenings. On Saturday night, we dined with a local band playing in the background. Excellent food and excellent service. Prices are reasonable for the location. Recommended.

We stopped by chance on our way back from Camerano and had a lovely meal. The rabbit al potacchio was especially popular.

Dishes made with genuine ingredients, cooked very well. The owner and the staff are very friendly. The price is fair. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by.

We have had lunch here many times at the Redstart and never been disappointed, but they outpassed themselves. I had the most delicious fish and crisp, fluffy chips. the barmaid was as always friendly and efficient.

Found it by chance, returned by choice;!!! Truly excellent food, I had spaghetti with mussel ragù, which was delicious.... The staff was knowledgeable and really friendly... in short, everything was perfect.

Siamo Chiara e Michele ed abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare per 5 sere presso il ristorante The Meal , in occasione del nostro soggiorno nella Villa Gens Camuria in compagnia del nostro cane. Prodotti freschissimi, la signora Simona ed il figlio Michele ci hanno deliziati con i loro piatti eccellenti, sia di pesce sia di carne. Non sappiamo quale sia stato il piatto migliore perché erano tutti buonissimi! Il vino proveniente dalla fattoria di proprietà della Villa Gens Camuria è stato eccellente ed abbiamo anche acquistato prodotti (vino e olio) di loro produzione. I dolci buonissimi, le torte preparate da Simona squisite, abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiarle per la colazione. Complimenti ai gestori del ristorante per averci fatto sentire a casa e coccolati, grazie anche al cameriere gentilissimo che ci ha serviti per tutte le sere. Unica nota dolente...saremo sicuramente ingrassati :-) Un abbraccio a tutti voi e complimenti per il vostro ristorante.

The restaurant you wouldn't expect but that will leave you full and fully satisfied. Attached to the highway exit, in feat with the Gens Camuria hotel, it is a simple but very welcoming place. The dishes are abundant and super tasty. The first courses are amazing and you will regret not being able to take them all. The tagliata is a "butter", the roast fish is amazing... only those with extraordinary metabolic skills get to the desserts. Very courteous service and excellent quality-price ratio. You absolutely have to try it🤩
