Absolutely top notch steak and a brilliant wine menu to boot. The service lets this place down. Often slow, mixed messaging/forgetful, just not at all on the same level as the food and decor. Is exceptionally noisy when full (which is always as it is understandably popular). Upgrading the service would take this from a good steak dispenser to an actual experience worth redoing.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the wait staff is very friendly and efficient. The prices aren't affordable for everyone, but I recognize that if you're looking for quality, the price has to go up. My criticism is primarily aimed at the menu. I'll start by saying that I'm a vegetarian and I understand the limitations I might face in a place where meat is the main focus, but if there are vegan and vegetarian options, they should be more carefully reviewed. The menu includes several dishes labeled "vegetarian," but the ingredients list cheeses containing rennet (all cheeses are D.O.P. and I.G.P., which by Italian law must contain animal rennet). Therefore, the truly vegetarian options are limited to three dishes, one of which is vegan. So, I ordered the vegan burger on the menu. It wasn't to my taste, but that's a personal issue and not a criticism of the cuisine. My criticism is aimed at the superficiality of the menu, which lists vegetarian dishes even though they aren't. Furthermore, the place is very clean and welcoming, but unfortunately, a wad of dust fell onto my plate, which I discovered was coming from the chandeliers above the table. It may have been an isolated oversight, but it still contributed. I felt compelled to make these criticisms because, having spent a considerable amount of money, I would have expected more attention to the customer; as I said before, quality comes at a cost, and precisely because of this, when I pay a certain price, I expect a certain quality.
Finally, the group I dined with ordered the classic sandwiches. Given that the wait staff didn't ask us how the meat was cooked when ordering, two people ordered the same burger, but the meat was cooked differently: one medium rare and the other rare. This oversight also contributed.

Very nice place, intimate atmosphere, fast service, the only thing I don't recommend is the Black Angus fillet. It was served "boiled" without me being able to choose how it was cooked.

A dinner of good taste. Modern restaurant, friendly and attentive staff.
We had their tartare (one of the best I've ever tasted) and a Black Angus rib-eye steak with delicious sweet potatoes on the side.
We'll be back soon.
