The best pizza in Bologna! Since I discovered this pizzeria, it's become my go-to place whenever I want pizza. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The pizza is truly excellent, but the croquettes and burgers are just as good.

Delicious pizza, made with quality ingredients! The place is beautiful and well-kept, both inside and out. Prices are incredibly competitive for the type of pizza they serve, and more! I highly recommend it if you want one of the best pizzas in Bologna.

04/12/2025: An experience worth repeating. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a smile and a joke on the lips. This isn't a given in a high-end restaurant, where you seem to be served by half-dead waiters. Maurizio's cuisine is the best in Imola. New, revisited dishes, or sublime experiences that elevate the cuisine to a whole new level compared to all other high-end restaurants in Imola.
15/11/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. We went for dinner for our anniversary and found a warm and intimate place. The staff was discreet, but with that touch of empathy that made the difference. At the end of the dinner, the chef came to our table, which I truly appreciated. We chose the Baccanale menu, everything delicious and highly digestible. We left feeling full and satisfied. Wide selection of wines. Rating 10.

Ristorante Pizzeria Minelli

28/12/2025: A large and comfortable restaurant, well-lit and spacious. The food was excellent and the portions generous. The waiters and waitresses were extremely kind and courteous, delivering the food shortly after we ordered. I love your Milanese collection. I'll just add: Vis et Honor for the MINELLI restaurant!
19/12/2025: A large room, a little too crowded. Good food, but most importantly, VERY KIND staff!!!
