Sempre un piacere ritornare su questa terrazza quest'anno anche rinnovata. Ottima la cena, veloce il servizio personale cordiale e attento con molta simpatia che rende la serata ancora più piacevole. Gustosi gli antipasti dal polpo rosticciato all'insalata di calamari alle ostriche. Ottimi sia i paccheri con arzilla e crema di broccoli sia le fettuccine con ragù di spigola e bottarga. Tenerissimo il tonno con verdure grigliate. Perfetta la focaccia in accompagno, gradito il tiramisù. Giusto il rapporto qualità-prezzo. A presto

Very good dinner experience for our first night in Rome. This hotel is beautiful to stay at! Our room was fairly large compared to other hotels in Italy.

Front desk attendant so rude! Today is 7/21/2924 @ 4 pm. This man, glasses and beard but no name tag in place, wouldn't acknowledge my presence!. The other, Mariano, so kind and helpful. Thank you Mariano.

A very pleasant hotel with a great location. Cozy and quiet, no noise at night. Excellent breakfast on the 5th floor with a terrace. Attentive staff. Unfortunately there was no hair conditioner. And not very comfortable pillows. We'll be back if the opportunity arises! Thank you! 😊

My wife and I stayed at The Hive for a week while on holiday. I could not have asked for a better hotel this was perfect. The location is perfect. It's right next to the major rail station as well as several very good restaurants. Its also within moderate walking distance of many places of interest in Rome. The room was very comfortable, it was always very quiet despite being located in a noisy area of the city. The bathroom and shower were very nice and felt high-quality. We booked a "Deluxe Room" and the price was very reasonable, and the size was perfect. The service was also quite good. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a good job at keeping everything clean and tidy during our extended stay. The amenities are what really put this hotel on another level however. The rooftop restaurant was incredible! They had an amazing kitchen that served some of the best food I've ever had at a hotel. They also have a very expansive selection of food to choose from during their breakfast service. The hotel also has an in-house Spa , where my wife and I booked a massage together towards the end of our stay. It was such an amazing convenience to be able to go have a relaxing massage at a full-service spa without having to leave the hotel. We stayed at 5 other hotels across Italy during our trip, and The Hive was the best of them all by far. I would be happy to return here when I come through again.

Absolutely fantastic stay - was delayed traveling because of a flight cancellation, I called to let them know and were super understanding and made sure my room was available for when I arrived. Front desk staff were all super friendly and really helpful. Room was very comfortable and quiet and the location just close enough to both Rome Termini and the main tourist attractions without being right in the heart of everything. Absolutely would stay here again!

Stayed here my honeymoon and I enjoyed the stay! Room was spacious and clean. The sheets were soft, which was a big deal because I stayed at previous hotels where their sheets were scratchy. The gym is amazing so happy we were able to utilize it once. Hotel is 20 mins away from all the landmarks, which was doable. I’d recommend staying here.

16/11/2024: We found a welcoming, elegant place with attention to every detail, which manages to maintain a familiar and warm atmosphere. The staff is extraordinary: friendly, nice and always ready to make us feel at ease, with attentive and helpful service. The quality of the food really impressed us, from the starter to the dessert: each dish is prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the quality/price ratio is absolutely balanced. Compared to our penultimate visit under the previous management, we noticed a significant improvement, both in the service and in the culinary offering, which is now even more refined and attentive. Congratulations to the new team for the excellent work and see you soon!
10/11/2024: Moscatelli in the area has always been a guarantee. Pleasant and informal environment and excellent value for money. There has recently been new management following which (at the moment) the fish menu is no longer present, which to be honest has always been the strong point of the place. Let's hope it gets restored.

10/12/2024: An exceptional place with exceptional staff and exceptional food. One of the few places where excellent Roman cuisine is served without falling into tourism. Tripe, Rigatoni with Pajata, Carbonara, Cacio e pepe are Battle Horses! Beautifully full and delicious dishes. You don't leave the table even when your stomach is full. The pizza is equally good and has varied flavours. Fair and correct prices. The Owner is a kind person, helpful and always ready to try to satisfy the customer; a hard worker with a great affinity with his collaborators. Excellent service accompanied by the friendliness of the waiters who know how to make you laugh in full Roman style... so you feel at home. I would give 6 stars if I could not only for the quality service, but also for the incredible patience that the waiters show with truly very rude customers! I frequent the place very often and it has happened to me (luckily it has rarely happened) to see customers who demand to be served immediately as soon as they arrive (considering that the place is always full...who knows why 🤔), order and speak to the waiters in tones haughty and unpleasant (as if they were the owners of the place) and threatening to leave a bad review. I would have accompanied people like that to the door, but they proved to be professional and also excessively patient. If you want to come to a good place in a historic NON-TOURIST environment and with good local dishes, then leaving the place satisfied and with the desire to return.... This is the place for you. What can I say... Enjoy your meal.
