The staff is great, clean room, excellent bathroom and bed. They keep your luggage for a time, which is great to spend a time in the city after check out. Just the wifi needs to improve.

Nice hotel, great location, good service, rooms are spacious and clean, freshly renovated, cleaned every day, breakfast is not very varied but quite good. For its price the hotel deserves the best reviews, I will come back again

The Hive Hotel is very well located, right in the center of Rome, which makes it extremely convenient for sightseeing and moving around the city on foot or by public transport. The hotel itself feels a bit old in some areas, but overall it is well maintained and comfortable. One of the strong points is the room size: we stayed with children and the room was spacious, very comfortable, and well suited for a family stay. The main area for improvement would be the breakfast. During the four days we had breakfast at the hotel, the bread was consistently stale, which was disappointing. This was especially surprising because we had dinner at the hotel one evening and the bread served then was fresh and very good. Overall, it is a good option for families looking for a central location and comfortable rooms, but the breakfast quality could definitely be improved.

I am actually writing this review whilst still IN this hotel because I cannot get over how WONDERFUL it is! It's got such a beautiful aesthetic, you feel like royalty the second you walk in, with the glamorous decor and the extremely kind, friendly staff. The rooms are extraordinarily spacious, clean and comfortable and it just feels so accomodating. I couldn't recommend this place enough already, and we haven't even tried the spa and breakfast yet! Excited for the rest of our stay 😊🇮🇹

Solid hotel in Rome near the Termini station. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Service was good if a little brusque. Rooms were spacious but a bit older. Could hear street noise but it wasn't too loud.

The location is about 8 minutes from Termini Station. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is no swimming pool or parking. It is better to take a van from the hotel to the airport than a taxi. It costs 70 euros for 3 people. It seems better than a taxi for those with a lot of luggage.

The hotel was clean and close to Termini Station, which was great. The room was spacious and warm. It was fine even though we arrived late at night. The Opera House is also nearby, so it was convenient for going to the ballet. When I travel abroad, I often find that the smell of shampoo and other products doesn't suit me, so I always bring it with me from Japan, but the one here worked just fine. The elevator was a little small. It was also a rather unusual diamond-shaped elevator. The only problem I had was that housekeeping tried to open my room without my permission while I was still there. When I touched my card key, there was a buzzing sound. I heard the same buzzing sound after knocking, so I said, "It's OK." I didn't think they were trying to open the door without my permission. Also, the moment I opened the door, all the power went out. It seems that when you touch your card key to open the door, the power won't turn back on unless you reinsert the card into the card holder. Hotels are supposed to respect their guests' privacy, so it's very disappointing that they were treated like this. I emailed the manager about this, but it's been 10 days and I still haven't received a reply.

The hotel is nice, its location is strategic and close to everything, its services are excellent, it's cleaned daily, and the reception staff are very helpful and cheerful.
