It’s a great location near the train station and all 20 mins walk to the centre with all the sights. The rooms were clean and exactly how they were shown in the pictures. The bed was fabulous. What I did not like was that they charge for the gym (9 Euros or session) and the spa (20 euros for 2 hours). In my opinion at least the gym should be included in the price. But the rest was a great experience.

Hotel near Roma Termini station, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the station. Well-maintained environment, a generous and good breakfast, and attentive staff. Would stay again.

They upgraded me to a junior suite, but I originally booked a larger room. It's a modern, clean hotel.
It's clean and nice. As with any place in Rome, the portable shower head with a limescale filter is a must.
The location is close to Termini Station (a 15-minute walk).

Good hotel for stay.
Nice and big rooms.
Breakfast was good.
We stayed there for 3 days and liked it.
Very close to Main station which is ROMA TERMINI.
ONLY 8 MINS WALK.
All the major attraction were 8 to 10 mins by bus from the hotel.
There are minor improvement required.
Liked the overall stay.

My stay at The Hive Hotel in Rome was great. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Termini and close to the main attractions. Rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The rooftop restaurant and bar were a highlight, with lovely views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A solid choice if you’re visiting Rome.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is more expensive than others, but I highly recommend it. Italy has different standards of cleanliness, and this one truly lives up to them. Friendly service, check-out is until 12:00, and the rooms are very nice, spacious, and above all, clean. I recommend it!
