Workday in Rome's EUR district. I decided to try The Green Restaurant inside the Hilton La Lama Hotel. I was expecting the "usual" solo dinner at the hotel, but instead Daniele, Giulio, Simon, Giorgia, and Jimmy made me feel like I was in good company. Top!!! I also want to compliment the kitchen, which, to top it off, provided me with a fruit salad—always a must-have for me after dinner.

Had high hopes after seeing the high rating but the experience was underwhelming all round. Starters were quite bland, particularly burrata and beef tartare. Main course of pasta came with hard, undercooked pasta - I’m happy with al dente but it was just hard due to undercooking, and the millefoglie dessert was very small and was not at all as described on the menu. Service left much to be desired - our supposedly dedicated waiter was scarcely seen and we were served sporadically by several waiters instead, and one of our party of 10 received their main course 20 minutes after everyone else. Nice decor and atmosphere but everything else falls short.

I went into this restaurant to ask for a quick meal, as I had an appointment I couldn't be late for.
I really appreciated the manager's advice, as he advised me not to stay, as there were too many customers and he wouldn't guarantee I'd finish my lunch on time.

The service is attentive, friendly but never intrusive, making you feel at ease. My appetizer was truly lacking in flavor, the main course was better but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is refined, as "luxurious" as an international Hilton hotel anywhere in the world. Given the prices and the cuisine, I wouldn't return for dinner, perhaps for a drink at the bar; the cocktails are excellent.

Food is always delicious. Ilaria, Federico and Daniele are always on top of everything. They are quick in serving and very friendly. These staff are working effortlessly to make the guest happy during their stay. I will highly recommend this restaurant as well as their food on the menu.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. We ordered the pasta with lobster, seafood with linguine pasta, and the beef. They were all delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked ( I ordered medium ) and it was flavorful to the taste. The pasta sauce was delicious. By the way the service was excellent and everything that we requested it was delivered quick by our waitstaff Daniele. He was very knowledgeable when ask about food on the menu and very professional. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Special shout to the Chef who made all this possible to our palate.

We were looking for a place with the best reviews and it turned out to be located in the Hilton Hotel. I have mixed feelings, as the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was unique, but the food didn't live up to our expectations. I'm a bit disappointed that the menu listed a cheese dish. I waited almost half an hour for my dish, and then received a dish without cheese. After the dish was served, the waitress asked me if I wanted cheese with it... Since I ordered such a dish, it was a bit of an after-dinner soup. The pasta was cold in places, so that was a disappointment. As for the second course, I thought the lobster was overcooked, making it rubbery.
