On Saturday evening I tasted the ice cream for the first time and I have to say that it even exceeded my expectations, the only advice I can give is to get better at making ice cream because even though it's not yet hot, as soon as I went out it was falling out of my cone. The gentleman who served me was also kind, the first thing I notice when I buy! Since we often find ourselves faced with long faces!

Gelato e yogurt ottimi ma non si capisce perchè ogni sera che arriviamo a 1 h dalla chiusura hanno levato già quasi tutti i gusti e spento la macchina dello yogurt, su google c'è scritto che chiude a mezzanotte, confermato anche dal personale, ma qui alle 23... c'è da fare un po' di chiarezza !

Gelato buonissimo, i gusti si sentono , per niente acquoso , vengo qua da almeno due anni e non ho mai scritto una recensione ma si merita tutte le 5 stelle , torte mai assaggiate ma sembrano squisite , per il gelato nulla da dire se non buonissimo , ampia scelta di gusti anche senza glutine e uno più buono dell’ altro . Unica pecca frozen yougurt , €1 in più per l’aggiunta della crema al pistacchio che non è neanche così tanta , per il resto 5 stelle meritate. Anche per la qualità prezzo , cono piccolo 2 gusti con panna €2,50 economico e cono grande .

07/06/2025: A very pleasant escape from the Roman heat! We came for lunch to escape the heat of Rome and just for the coolness found, sitting under a giant chestnut tree immersed in a wonderful chestnut grove, it was absolutely worth it. The food? Truly excellent. My tagliata with porcini mushrooms was 10 and praise! I also tasted a simply stratospheric zuppa inglese, prepared in the old way: simple, genuine and delicious. Excellent service, with a very nice and professional Sardinian waiter. The owner was also friendly and helpful. A detail that I particularly appreciated: even if you eat outside, smoking is not allowed in the dining area. A big round of applause to the owner for this choice! Finally, a note of merit for the toilets: clean, tidy and fragrant, which is not a given in a simple and easy-going place, but in this case decidedly better than those of many renowned restaurants. We will definitely be back! Enza

15/05/2025: I stopped by chance at the Accademia del Gusto 1990 after finding it on Google Maps… never was a better choice! The place is a real gem: pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and with a refined and original decor that immediately captures the attention. But the real star is the food: excellent quality, prepared with great care and taste. I ordered an amatriciana and the boiled meatballs, both spectacular. I was in company, so I also had the pleasure of tasting the eggplant parmigiana and the gricia: everything really delicious, authentic and well-balanced flavors. A special mention for the homemade bread: fragrant, fragrant and perfect for the final “scarpetta”… a real treat!
