A few nights ago I had the pleasure of having dinner with some friends at The Fox burger. It wasn't my first visit and having always had positive experiences, I decided to return with company. The restaurant stands out for a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, with a polite and highly professional staff, from the waiters to the staff behind the counter, a level of competence difficult to find in other places in the city. You can clearly perceive a careful dedication to a selected, gourmet cuisine, with a wide gastronomic offer that enhances local and excellent quality products. The selection of meats is particularly careful and refined, as is that of draft beers, which are exclusive and innovative compared to other places in the city. The menu offers a wide choice and, after having tasted various dishes on several occasions over time, I can state with certainty that the quality has always been excellent and never disappointing. It is without a doubt one of my favorite places in the city, and I choose it every chance I get.
