Good sandwiches, good beer, good employees, excellent playlist

I used to give this place 5 stars, and I still do for the beer. The food is still very good, but unfortunately, the rating has dropped due to the service. Unfortunately, they've recently reduced the number of dishes, I think to speed up the service, since I've always noticed it's extremely slow. However, this hasn't helped, nothing has changed, and the attention to the customer has been minimal. You have to change the keg for the beer, and I have to wait 40 minutes for my glass? Okay, I can accept that, but why don't you at least bring the water that was ordered in the meantime?! Then, when it comes to coffee, I'm told that the place deliberately doesn't keep milk to stain it. The explanation is that there's only one dishwasher, and the milk leaves a film on the beer glasses. Well, in my opinion, that's an exaggeration, but never mind, in any case, the solution is simple: since I don't think the macchiatos served in a place like this are very many, I think it would be appropriate to wash the few cups by hand and satisfy the customer. Furthermore, the excuse is really lame, considering that many dishes contain melted cheese and the jarred desserts are mostly dairy-based creams!!! Don't they wash those?! The icing on the cake is that when it came time to pay, the cashier refused to "break" 10 euros, which would have been useful for me and the other diners to divide the change. It's terrible to still only have a QR code in 2025. I loved getting beer recommendations and talking to the waiters, who used to be always knowledgeable and present; now it's like being at a festival.

This place really impressed me! Great selection of special beers, served by a professional guy who will help you choose the one that suits you best (you can also taste them). The hamburger (I took the Greco) was delicious, unfortunately I didn't try anything else but I will definitely come back! Even aesthetically the place deserves praise. I recommend it to everyone. :)))
