The hotel location is fine, you can access the center with a 10 minutes walk. There are a lot of services in the hotel: restaurant, coffee shop, hairdresser, bar, swimming pool, wash station, gym … that is appreciated. But the rooms are limited to the strict minimum : no closet for our clothes (just 5 hangers, fixed), not a lot of space in the bathroom for our necessities, very hard bedding and old cushions. Also the cleaning staff just change the towels and make the bed, the black bathroom was full of dust at the end of the week. We didn’t have soap in the room at arrival, you have to fight a little bit to have it. For the price/standing of the hotel, you can expect better.

The room was quite good, but the unique and youthful hotel in a good way was a great experience. The rooftop cocktail bar, swimming pool and views were breathtakingly beautiful both during the day, at sunset and after dark.

Excellent location, close to the Santa Maria Novella station and the centre. Large rooms, panoramic top floor with a view of the cathedral where you can enjoy excellent cocktails. Swimming pool and gym. Highly recommended, fair prices.

I would say a great place, even if I confess I haven't seen the rooms! A place that smells of "ferment", modernity, young people...Beautiful energies. The staff were nice and helpful..really strategic location! 👍
