This hotel was perfect. Room was 100% brand new & renovated. Pool & bar area were awesome. Lot's of spaces around the hotel to get work done + close enough to the main attractions by foot.

A very cool hotel! It has a rooftop pool, bar, lounge chairs 💯, a restaurant, and a cafe on the reception floor. During the day, there are sports and other activities. They also have a free laundry with a washer and dryer. Very good service. We would return 😍🙌🙌

We've had such a good stay! Nice location and such a modern hotel with nice features. Nice rooftopbar and good café downstairs. Breakfast was really extensive, room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom. The walk to the centre was not too long and bus to piazza Michelango stops right around the corner. I want to say special thanks to Emiliano, you've welcomed us well on the 6th of july and were not eager to make a chat. Your hospitality is a 10/10! You know what costumer experience means. I forgot to ask your name so i hope your colleague gave me the right name. Thank you all!

The rooms are very practical, small but with a good bathroom, the only thing about the bathroom is that the shower in some rooms floods, there is a refrigerator, and the bed is comfortable, the hotel itself is good, only the hallways are very strange, taken from a horror movie, the elevators are very strange, one only takes you to the pool and the lobby, others have -1, but each -1 is different, the elevators, not all are the same, only 1 can go to the gym, and so on, about the location it is good, very good, it is close to many restaurants, the service seemed average to me, and it even has game rooms, in itself it is not bad at all

It's very convenient because there's a tram right in front It may feel a bit far from the city center, but it's not Close I accidentally drank the carbonated water from the minibar The free water in the room looks like a Korean protein drink The view and the atmosphere in the hotel are perfect It's a bit disappointing that Florence has a city tax, but that's not the hotel's policy, so it's a shame The view from the pool is really the best The ducks in the fountain in front of the hotel are cute

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is 10min away from the railway station by walk. There is a tram station right outside the hotel. The rooms are very well maintained. There is a ton of amenities to enjoy. Highly recommend staying here.

A note of merit for The Social Hub Firenze that offers a series of high-level activities that can be enjoyed not only by guests of the facility but also by external audiences, putting the accommodation facility in dialogue with the social fabric of the city. Among these I would like to point out the Queerlesque and the themed aperitifs organized by the volcanic and creative Silvie Bovary, who also manages a dynamic tattoo space within the complex. Highly recommended!

I think this is a wonderful place to stay for 2-4 nights with great amenities for the price. I cannot imagine staying longer unless your expectations are very low and you need cheap + want a loud party college vibe. Despite being a “student hotel” guests are of all ages. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is very nice, and AC works well. On site amenities are great and staff is very nice. Negatives: - There is no mattress. Only a thin foam pad on a very squeaky bed frame. Unacceptable for the price of this hotel and how much money this company makes. They need to invest in real mattresses or advertise it is a COT not a bed. - Very loud and thin walls with bed frames attached to wall. My neighbors had a lot of fun…every night…my whole bed would shake, items falling off my table, and I could hear everything as if I was in bed with them too LOL The hotel is also surrounded by busy streets, and with so many students returning drunk late into the night - sleep is disturbed. - Rooms are poorly furnished if staying beyond a few nights - limited storage and no comfortable seating despite the large size. They should invest in a chaise for the room. - Pool closes early whenever staff seems to feel like it, with no notice to guests, despite online rules stating 9pm. The bar is open until 12a - why close the pool 6h early for no reason?? Very disappointing as we came back to use the pool two days in a row, after specially booking this hotel for pool access, and were denied the first night @1730 due to an event, and then returned at 1800 the next night to find it closed. Again, no signs, no notice, no information at check in beyond the website which clearly states 2100 close.

A pleasant and comfortable place. My wife and I are in our 50s, so a bit above the predominantly younger demographic, but despite the bustling downstairs courtyard and rooftop bar/pool, our room on the 2nd floor was a quiet escape. Only a few minutes walk to the closest Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop, a helpful staff, and overall we are happy with our stay.
