Locale poco distante dal parcheggio della zona Pub, personale attento e professionale, bistrot dall'atmosfera rilassante, ideale per un aperitivo in tranquillità... ho avuto modo di provare l'apericena in stile pugliese, composta da un tagliere di salumi e formaggi e sfiziosità cotte, devo dire materie prime di qualità e sapori autentici, anche la scelta dei cocktails risulta vasta... costo giusto... locale consigliato!

Pleasant and convivial place, excellent price/performance ratio. The owner is always kind and professional. Valid both for a quick lunch with colleagues and for an evening with friends or family.

The best, or perhaps the only, place to drink a COCKTAIL in Latina. Ugo is a highly trained bartender, attentive to the products he uses and faithful to the recipes. In addition to the drinks, I also tried the platters and the food is also of high quality. I will definitely go back. Thank you!

Promoted. Passion and commitment make this place high-class without being pretentious. Ugo is approachable but not intrusive or rude, he knows how to measure his attention and seems moved by a real interest in the quality of the service offered. The personality of this place is also due to the bond it maintains with the Apulian territory, which however does not disdain appreciating and exploring realities of geographically much more distant territories. It succeeds well in its aim, it could pleasantly surprise you. Thus it is not anonymous like others, which despite their level risk becoming standardised. We went as a couple for both breakfast and aperitif. Even though he was out of breath, on a Saturday evening Ugo was able to manage the dining room on his own carefully and carefully, so we also appreciated the cuisine.

06/01/2025: My husband, I and my parents ate at this restaurant today 05/01 and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good appetizer, especially the fried artichokes served with their sour cherry balsamic vinegar; the first courses were superlative and a worthy mention goes to their tuna and thrombolotto "carbonara": a pasta very rich not only in ingredients, but in aromas and textures. Cannolo with ricotta like we have never eaten in our lives and cantucci to be dunked in a wine modified by the owner with the addition of sour cherry syrup and whole sour cherries, offered together with a grappa. In this regard, it should be underlined that the owners, husband and wife, know how to welcome as if we were friends in their home. Furthermore, she exchanges pleasant chats with customers and is uniquely helpful and kind. Prices absolutely normal. We will certainly return, perhaps in the summer in their garden and we truly recommend it to everyone.
06/01/2025: Pranzare da Angela Concu e Fabio Stivali al ristorante "Simposio Gastronomia Storica Sermonetana", è sempre un'esperienza appagante. L'ambiente è accogliente, il personale è attento ed i proprietari sono sempre gentili, presenti e pronti a accompagnare i commensali nella degustazione dei piatti. Il loro prodotto di punta, da provare assolutamente, è il Trombolotto (condimento a base di olio, limone sermonetani e spezie profumate) ma anche le altre loro creazioni non sono da meno. Cito, solo per incuriosire, la bottarga all'armagnac, le visciole anch'esse all'armagnac, l'aceto balsamico .... Il menù è semplice ma tutte le materie prime sono di ottima qualità. I vini proposti provengono principalmente da cantine del territorio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che buono. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina.
