02/02/2025: Esperienza di dicembre 2023 Abbiamo provato la degustazione di Materiaprima nel periodo natalizio, in un'atmosfera resa ancora più accogliente dal camino acceso. Con il tavolo affacciato sulla cucina, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la eterogeneità delle amuse bouche, così tante da ricoprire il tavolo. Ottimi tutti i piatti, in particolare il risotto, la reinterpretazione del cotechino e del panettone. Tutto lo staff è stato fantastico così come la brigata
