I ate a spit-roasted chicken, cooked over a wood fire and with some spices that had to be taken off, it was so tasty and succulent. Staff available and competent in service. It will be an obligatory stop every time I go to Cinisi.

The Chicken House in Cinisi in Sicily is a must for chicken lovers. Their chicken is simply killer, tasty and perfectly cooked. The fries that accompany it are also excellent, crispy and golden brown. If you are passing through Cinisi, this address is not to be missed and at a low price.
