Outstanding cocktail bar and small plates restaurant with a charming atmosphere. Owners Lucca and his wife prepare excellent cocktails with top end ingredients. Good selection of wines also available.Nice background music makes Cardinal a can’t miss option. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommended.

This cozy spot in the center of Nardo's Centro Storico is Terrific. A drink at this spot always welcomes me to my 2nd home in Puglia. This small but beautiful bar boasts a soaring elegantly painted barrel vault ceiling, an attractive and well-stocked bar anchors one end with tasteful décor throughout combined with expertly crafted drinks and delicious bites served by friendly and welcoming husband and wife proprietor makes this the perfect place to meet friends to plot your next day’s adventure in Puglia. In a town full of great bars and restaurants this one should definitely be on your list

One of my worst meals in Italy The mustard octopus was beautiful to look at, but inedible, artistically covered in mayonnaise, ketchups and mustard. The nice lady at the service offered to change it for me. I chose the carrot calzone. It's a fried dough with carrots quickly grilled with a blowtorch, much too salty, the miso sauce looks like sirracha, a bit of salad. !!! Tiny!! If we remove the fried dough, that must be 90 calories!!! I left hungry and not happy at all. My husband had The Sea Starter which was original - 5 courses, we were told nothing was raw but it wasn't. Some were tiny, others were well- Afterwards, he had “this is not lasagna”, which was a filo pastry with tomatoes, original but not very good. I don't understand the 4.6 rating at all, it was one of my worst meals in a long time The atmosphere was nice Kind service Uncomfortable chairs

Delicious, very original meal served by an adorable lady. The pork loin was divine. I recommend the anti-pasti with 5 dishes (we took the vegetarian and the earthenware)

Heerlijke lokale wijnen. We hadden de huiswijn en die was zalig. Vervolgens het vegetarische voorgerecht genomen met allemaal hapjes. Hele bijzondere en lekker dingen, heel verrassend allemaal. Daarna de calzones besteld, dat zijn best flinke broodjes. Die met verse tonijn, rode ui en mozarella was het lekkerst. Aanrader

During the holiday I went there several times to enjoy delicious cocktails but also to taste excellent dishes, in particular I really liked the pork and the truly spectacular cocoa mousse. They pay attention to gluten-free, in fact they were very helpful in showing me all the dishes suitable for celiacs. Fair prices for the quality and service offered.

Fantastic environment with a relaxed atmosphere that puts the customer at ease, impeccable service from Irene who meets every need with tact and education, Luca on the other hand prepares spectacular dishes with flavor combinations that you won't easily find elsewhere. Also recommended for those who must eat gluten-free, they make themselves available with attention and care to the customer.

Cool, comfortable and laid back atmosphere. Friendly service. The tasting menu was a great way to try a variety of their dishes, which were all very fresh and innovative. Would visit again!

Vinimos a tomar un cóctel y cenar y nos enamoramos de este restaurante. Está escondido bajo “bar” en Nardò pero ha sido la mejor comida que hemos tenido en Apulia en los últimos dos meses. Servicio increíble, bebidas increíbles, comida increíble! Por favor, añada este restaurante al listado de “restaurantes” en lugar de a los listados de “bares”. ¡Todo el mundo tiene que venir a comer aquí!
