The place wasn't bad; we made our own sandwiches with whatever we wanted, and they were delicious.
We also had pizza, and that was delicious, too.
The service was quick and attentive.

I had a gluten-free pizza with buckwheat flour. A capricciosa without mozzarella.
The pizza was thin and very crispy, so much so that it was very difficult to cut with a normal knife.
I ate it in pieces and with my hands.
They should be more attentive to the service and customer needs.
The wait staff was too young, although willing and respectful.
The pizza was mediocre and hard (the one I had), the beer was good. I didn't try anything else. The price was moderately low.
The idea of creating your own sandwich or burger is excellent.

I go there often and I like it a lot, good pizza, good sandwiches, good appetizers, excellent value for money, I highly recommend it (I only have a photo of the last time I was there) for 3 people we paid 44 euros

Very nice and well-organized place. You can create your own sandwich or order exceptional sliced tartare. Everything perfect with 20cc and 33cc level beers. Excellent pizzas and high-quality desserts. Recommended for everyone, even with children. Great experience.

Very welcoming place. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had a sandwich a while ago and a pizza yesterday, both good. They also do gluten-free, including the desserts. I'll definitely be back.

The truth is, since the menu changed, I don't like it anymore. I used to be a regular, eating at The Butcher very often. But now there's no longer a choice of bread or veggie burgers, which used to be really good. Beyond-meat isn't as popular as a good veggie burger (like the ones they used to have) among most vegans and vegetarians. It's a real shame. I've lost a trusted place.
