I was lucky enough to taste an excellent steak, plus they have a remarkable choice of cheeses, cured meats and many specialties. I recommend the steak!! Excellent!

Very pleasant evening, extraordinary food, excellent quality of the raw materials as well as the processing. I highly recommend it, I really liked the informal environment and the kindness of the staff and the owner.

Gastromacellaria in the center of Livorno, small place, with just a few tables. We decide to try it and it was a very pleasant discovery, excellent quality food, below average prices, quick and friendly service. Advised

This was easily one of if not the best of my life. The streak was absolutely perfect, and the server was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is just what you would expect from a butcher shop; small, cozy, no frills but with plenty of Italian charm. We ordered the crudo platter and loved the beef carpaccio and beef 'sushi'. We also ordered two tomahawk steaks, one aged and one local variety. Both were incredible but we especially liked the aged steak. Everything was prepared flawlessly and priced so fairly. Would highly recommend this shop for a meal.

20/03/2025: From the reviews I read, I was a little disappointed... informal atmosphere, good service. Unfortunately the first course wasn't hot, maybe I should have mentioned it. Not the best value for money, too expensive in relation to the amount consumed, but maybe that's just my opinion.
14/03/2025: Only compliments, Very particular environment but all consistent in its style, truly excellent courses from the first to the last of the tasting menu. They are certainly not afraid to let the flavors be felt (cappelletto with caciucco and spaghettone with turbot liver in particular are very "strong", much appreciated by me). I absolutely recommend it and when I return to Livorno I will return

The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and refined, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive. As for the food, I really appreciated the quality of the raw materials and the creativity of the combinations. The wine list is well stocked, with a good selection of local and national labels. The quality-price ratio is adequate, considering the high quality of the dishes and the service. Overall, I recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience.
