For me, The Butcher Baldacci is a must-see in Livorno. The meat quality is top-notch, and the selection and aging are meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail: you can't go wrong here. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always able to recommend the right cut for your needs. Eating directly from them is an experience: perfectly cooked and authentic flavors. Without a doubt, the best butcher in Livorno, and perhaps even in Tuscany. Highly recommended for those who love properly prepared meat.

A butcher's shop that transforms into a restaurant in the evenings, serving meat as the main focus. Located in the center of Livorno, parking is a bit challenging, so I recommend walking. Select cuts of meat are recommended by the staff for cooking. Appetizers, main courses, and grilled meats, something for every taste.

I come from the Brescia valleys. My grandfather makes local meat, and my son-in-law does the same. We have cows, sheep, and all the family stuff, but I swear I buy the best meat from him, it's simply fantastic, I swear.

I've long been longing to try the quality and deliciousness of its meat dishes, intrigued by the variety and variety of its displays as I gazed through the window. The interior neatly balances the butcher counter with the restaurant, and the raw meat and steak platters—brought to the table with flying colors. Perhaps I'd work a little more on the sauces to accompany the raw meats offered in the large mixed platter, but that's a personal observation. The price is excellent for the quality, and the wine by the glass was questionable, but it wasn't the highlight of the experience.
