It's always a pleasure to return to this British Corner!l!!! the right place for an English tea

A lovely tea room in perfect English style. Cups and teapots of all kinds and really beautiful. Some even for sale. Very kind service. I tasted the "Paradise" tea blend, really exquisite with very good scones. Highly recommended!

I was there on a Sunday afternoon in December, just before Christmas. Meanwhile it doesn't feel like being in Pigneto, but not even in Italy. We could already feel the Christmas atmosphere: a warm and welcoming environment, very kind and helpful staff. I immersed myself in a Victorian and fairy-tale atmosphere, halfway between Alice in Wonderland and Lady and the Tramp (the music in particular reminded me of this). Many varieties of leaf tea, all excellent. I opted for the violet one and a vegan strudel.

Very welcoming place with attention to the smallest details. The infusions, served with special teapots, range from classic flavors to more particular ones, all accompanied by various desserts such as sacher or apple pie. If you want to relax and unplug from hectic life, British Corner is the right place.

Elegant welcoming atmosphere, excellent tea and desserts, I always come back, delicious for a private party

I went to the British for the first time on Friday 02/07/2025. The two guys who welcomed us even though we hadn't booked managed to seat us anyway.... They have a great choice of teas and infusions combined with homemade desserts both typical of England and beyond... Small place and full of trays, cups, photos of Queen Elizabeth and 1000 other things, in my opinion even things that have nothing to do with the furniture... Like Christmas everywhere... Big flaw precisely because it's full of things... at the entrance near the display fridge where they keep the cakes on display there is another display fridge that they used to put other things in... in short it wasn't needed... The teas are good, even the desserts... The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning of the trays and cups, I don't think they have a dishwasher, probably to avoid ruining the used porcelain but I had to pass some tissues through my cups to clean them properly because they weren't dishwasher safe at all.... having said that the two boys were polite and exquisite....

A romantic vintage tea lounge in full English style

È veramente un posto magnifico, personale simpatico e cibo buonissimo. L' ambiente è ottimo e molto confortevole. In tutto un ottimo posto.

Piccola sala con 5-6 tavoli sia al piano terra sia al piano superiore. Arredo british style, pareti con piatti decorati e specchi, divani e poltrone imbottite, tazze di porcellana tutte diverse, teiere di varie forme e misure. Molto tipico e piacevole. Proposte di thé nero, thé aromatico, thé verde, infusi, ma anche spremute di arancia o melagrana, bibite. Buona scelta di torte, strudel di mele per vegani. Una teiera € 6, fetta di torta € 6. Personale gentile in ambiente curato, non rumoroso, atmosfera raccolta, gradevole e rilassante. Solo un piccolo appunto per la delusione di non aver trovato gli scones, tradizionali e tipici, che purtroppo erano terminati. Vivamente consigliato prenotare.
