Best cocktails in Vasto, hands down! I've been to The Botanist several times, always friendly and helpful.

A unique aperitif featuring fresh cocktails and appetizers. Not the usual chips and peanuts, but sophisticated food featuring local produce and vegetables, reflecting the name and setting, including fresh, delicate ginger. Reasonably priced.

Very good aperitif and a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. For me, the Pink Spritz 🔝 was very refreshing and thirst-quenching.

The most poetic place in Vasto, where you can enjoy a short break just steps from the historic center. I celebrated my birthday here a few months ago with my old middle school classmates. We were pampered by Mattia and Federica, polite and smiling young adults. They offer craft beers, aperitifs, and more. This morning, the two ladies welcomed everyone with kindness and warmth. There are regulars, but they make everyone feel at home, they don't discriminate. The homemade tart is delicious, the freshly squeezed orange juice with ginger is delicious, and the cappuccino is delicious. Even though Tre Marie's products are among the best, I would have liked a homemade croissant to complete the idyll I experience in this place, even though I'm not a regular. Vasto needs poetry, art, love, and cordiality; here you're safe 💗 P.S. Pet friendly (I'd add, for problem owners, within the limits of education and space 😉) P.S. 2. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I no longer eat processed foods, so if I decide to indulge in a croissant, it should be homemade and with fresh cream. This place deserves more thoughtful choices 😘
