We booked practically at the last minute. The restaurant is in the center of Bologna, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the most famous monuments of the city. The environment is very nice and lively. The owners and staff are attentive and friendly. The dishes are mainly traditional and are truly excellent. When we return to Bologna, we will stop here again.

Dinner at La Sberla was a pure experience. Tortellini in capon broth, seven-layer lasagna, ragù, Bolognese cutlet, crescenta and crescentine. All delicious, perfect service times to enjoy the dishes, proudly Bolognese environment.

We went to this restaurant, chosen among many and I must say it was a very good choice!!
Truly excellent food, starter of boiled meatballs and exceptional tagliatelle with meat sauce. The dessert was also very good and the staff were really kind and friendly. I really recommend coming "to the slap" if you find yourself passing through Bologna

Value for money is an expensive place. We liked the food but I think that €3 per person for cover is too much. Water also expensive.

Discovered by chance thanks to an app, with which we received a discount, it was a very pleasant surprise. Place in the centre, small but well looked after where you could feel a homely atmosphere. We all ordered traditional dishes but there were also very tempting fish dishes on the menu. The portions were right and the food excellent: particular note of merit goes to the lasagna, the schnitzel and the desserts. Fast and precise service, courteous and very friendly staff, we had a great laugh. In short, a highly recommended place for those who want to eat in the center without sacrificing quality.

Place recommended by a friend and it was completely right.
The treatment that is what I always value most is extraordinary, super friendly, attentive and authentic.
As a starter we had Adriatic squid with chickpea puree and tender carrots, delicious with a citrus touch. For seconds, Catalan-style tuna and tagliatelle with octopus marinara, we didn't make a wrong choice, they were also delicious, I couldn't choose between one of the two.
For frozen cream dessert with fabbri cherries, I'll need to take a jar of those cherries home.
Without a doubt a place to return for the food and to see Stefano again who was great with us.

Great place very close to the center. Very reasonable price and brutal quality. Not only was everything delicious, but the staff was also very friendly. Personally I recommend the tortellini and the chocolate dessert (whose name I don't remember) which were spectacular!
