I lived in South Tyrol for a long time and have now returned for a few days after many years, eating at various restaurants here in Bolzano. We came back especially on our last day because they had by far the best dumplings here.

We found this place newly opened three weeks ago; if it continues like this, it will have to expand very soon (since it only has a few tables). The dumplings are truly delicious! The best we've had; 5 stars are not enough. Sara, the girl who serves tables, deserves 10 stars; she's very kind, cheerful, and professional. Prices are average, almost low for Bolzano: €5, wine €12.80 / 3 dumplings.

Amazing new place with original Knödel. Great and fresh ingredients, and homie taste. Also, Kerstin, the owner, was super nice to talk with and she knows a lot about regional Knödel traditions. She runs the place by her own, and is super enthusiastic.

A truly wonderful serendipitous discovery while passing by. A small menu featuring only dumplings and side dishes, paired with excellent wines. The dumplings were all absolutely superb! All this in a modern setting with very warm and welcoming service. A fantastic combination of everything: traditional, regional food with a modern twist, unpretentious yet stylish. A great dumpling bistro. We'll definitely be back.
