Thai Chokdee restaurant In Milano

Let's start with the price: we spent €55 for two, ordering two appetizers, two pad thai dishes (chicken and shrimp), and two bottles of water. Absolutely average for Milan. The portions are truly generous: so generous that, reluctantly, we had to leave some food on our plates. Our only regret: the mango sticky rice was out... a shame, it would have been the perfect end to an already satisfying dinner. It should be noted that, compared to the food we had in Thailand, the flavor didn't compare: good, but not unforgettable. It did, however, remind us of last year's vacation. We'll be back anyway, hoping to find dessert too!

We ordered the appetizer selection, pad thai, pineapple rice, and mango sticky rice: everything was delicious! The authentic and well-balanced flavors won us over. This is the best Thai restaurant I've ever tried. The staff is among the most polite I've ever encountered; they made me feel at home. I've tried many Thai restaurants in Italy, and this is definitely the best. The food is superior in quality to any I've ever tried and tastes incredible. The atmosphere is fantastic, the style is incredible. The price/quality ratio is fantastic. I recommend it to everyone, whether you're looking for a new cuisine or to those who are already used to it, so you can rediscover the flavors of home.

Three of us had dinner this evening for the first time at this Thai restaurant; it was a spontaneous choice, but it was the perfect one! We ate divine Thai dishes of the highest quality; flavors we'd never tasted before; the staff were exquisite, calm, and smiling, with that kindness that distinguishes Eastern people; order the Thai beer, not the bitter one; it's truly fantastic. I complimented them personally, but I wanted to express my satisfaction. I'll definitely be back. Well done, well done. I forgot... I recommend booking.

My favorite Asian restaurant in Milan!

First, I want to give a shout-out to the staff, who impressed me with their kindness and hospitality. Congratulations! As for the food, every time I try a new Thai restaurant outside of Thailand, I'm always worried about falling into some kind of trap. Asian flavors in general are one thing, but the flavor of Thailand is quite another. And I have to say, from this perspective, Thai Chokdee is perfect! I returned from my umpteenth trip to Thailand less than a month ago. Those magnificent flavors, tried hundreds of times, were starting to miss me. At Thai Chokdee, I found them again, almost identical to those of my memories. And I say "almost" with the utmost respect for the kitchen staff, because I imagine the effort they put into sourcing all the right ingredients in Italy, and because I understand that some fresh products are simply unavailable or extremely difficult to keep for more than three or four days. Furthermore, the menu is very extensive, which adds further management complexity. We tried five dishes (the great classics of Thai cuisine) and two desserts. None of them disappointed me, nor did they seem to contain "new" flavors due to the substitution of Thai ingredients with Italian ones. My friends, who had never been to Thailand, were delighted, and I admired them. Bravo! One last detail: we arrived at 8:00 PM and stayed chatting and eating until 11:00 PM. Anyone who lives in Milan knows that this is now impossible in most restaurants and pizzerias in the city. For me, a restaurant that allows me to spend more time with the people I'm with is a precious and, alas, increasingly rare place. I will definitely return (and that's not just saying something).

Really good and very spicy Thai food. Easily accessible with the new M4 metro

Good Thai food the lady at the stove is really good, I visited one day for lunch with my brother-in-law and my father-in-law, we were all very satisfied. It is worth highlighting the presence of Thai embassy staff the day I was there for lunch, definitely a good sign.

The food itself is nice and solid 4*. Portions are big and sufficient for one.

Very authentic Thai restaurant!! The mix appetizer are freshly made, thot and crispy. And it surprise to see Singha beer here!
