They make everything from the Palermo tradition from pizzas to gastronomy in general, in addition to the famous ca meusa bread and bread with panelle and crocchè they also have fresh drinks and therefore there is no value for money in line with market prices

We had a great time. We took the spleen sandwich, the panelle, the potato croquettes, the arancini, salad and more. All good. Compliments to the chefs and to the girl in charge of table service who was very professional, friendly and very kind in carefully advising us on what to have. We will definitely return and recommend this place to friends. Date of visit: November 2024

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo preso il panino con la milza, le panelle, le crocchette di patate, le arancine, insalatona e altro. Tutto buono. Complimenti ai cuochi e alla ragazza addetta al servizio ai tavoli che è stata molto professionale, simpatica e gentilissima nel consigliarci con accuratezza cosa prendere. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo ad amici questo locale.

Hotel Centrale

14/02/2025: Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful structure, excellent central location (even if this is the downside for the parking. However, despite a fairly recent restoration, it would seem as if the restoration was managed by a person/s not accustomed to purely hotel needs but closer to private residential structures. It's a shame
