Pani ca meusa is really very good and what they use is of good quality and digestible, and does not cause stomach acid, at least I have not had any reaction, so I recommend it.

It's all good and fresh. Unfortunately, the tables outside are on the sidewalk, and you're on the street with honking horns and the smell of car gas... never mind... the prices for sandwiches and cans are a bit high, especially the cans...

The restaurant has air conditioning (which means a lot in Palermo), friendly and helpful staff, clean bathrooms, and reasonable prices. We had panelle and crocche', sfincione, and bread with spleen, all excellent and made according to tradition. Highly recommended.

23/10/2025: We happened upon this place on our way to the hotel on our first day in Palermo. And it stuck. It's become a tradition. A very friendly waiter greeted us from afar every evening, greeting us with a smile. The ice cream here is delicious. The Moretti beer is inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommend it.
05/10/2025: Here you can truly enjoy gelato worthy of the name. Or, as they say in Palermo, "as it should be." Add to that the splendid sea view and the friendly staff...
