We chose Terre di Gaudio - Cucina e Ruralità to organize a special dinner with relatives and friends the evening before our wedding, completely relying on Mauro's professionalism. From the beginning, we were guided with great competence in organizing the event, and the result was extraordinary. The attention to detail, care for every aspect of the evening and impeccable hospitality left us speechless. The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery, and contributed to creating a magical and evocative atmosphere. The guests were enthusiastic about everything: from the impeccable service to the quality of the food, which was able to combine the flavors of the Lucanian tradition with a refined gourmet-style presentation. We made a great impression, and seeing the satisfaction on the faces of friends and relatives was the greatest gift. Thank you very much to all the staff for making this evening unforgettable!

Ci ritorniamo purtroppo non troppo spesso solo per la distanza tra Brescia e Canosa. Un ristorante di altissimo livello dove il compromesso tra autenticità e innovazione è una bellezza. In mezzo a distese di oliveti e campi di cime e cime di rape, sullo sfondo il monte Vulture. Materie prime e accoglienza ne fanno un posto straordinario. Esperienza magnifica. Consigliatissimo.
