Ci ritorniamo purtroppo non troppo spesso solo per la distanza tra Brescia e Canosa. Un ristorante di altissimo livello dove il compromesso tra autenticità e innovazione è una bellezza. In mezzo a distese di oliveti e campi di cime e cime di rape, sullo sfondo il monte Vulture. Materie prime e accoglienza ne fanno un posto straordinario. Esperienza magnifica. Consigliatissimo.

We returned today, 10 December 2024, I confirm the more than positive opinion on the dishes and the service. I think it's an excellent place to eat. Accurate service, a perfect compromise between tradition and innovation.

A bit practically lost in nowhere but truly exceptional for the cuisine and the products offered.. It was a formal lunch to which we were invited and it was very nice and good. Friendly and helpful staff. Must try I always tell the truth

Avevo visto questo ristorante su Facebook e mi aveva incuriosito,mi ero riproposta di andarci,e finalmente ci sono stata.Devo dire che sono rimasta entusiasta oltre le mie aspettative, locale ben curato ,pulizia al top e un ottima cucina,personale disponibile,lo consiglio vivamente .

This restaurant is truly a gem, where elegance and class meet the flavors of our territory. Each course is taken care of down to the smallest detail. We were particularly surprised by the pumpkin and bacon risotto but also by the Lucanian suckling pig stew, which was so tender!

It's absolutely true what they write about this fabulous place where the elegant environment blends with the surrounding countryside emerging like an enchanted island! For the food I can't find the exact words to express all the appreciation, from the rigorously selected raw materials to the gourmet preparation, and finally to the delight you feel when tasting it. Absolutely must try!
