The restaurant nestled in one of Puglia's most famous coves provides a splendid backdrop for the chef's carefully selected tasting, featuring typical local products (especially seafood in our tasting) reinterpreted in a sublime way. Delicious dishes and attentive personal and customer service completed our wonderful evening. The owner accommodated all our requests, personally ensuring our well-being and even more for such a special event. It's definitely worth it.

For months, I had been planning this trip to Polignano a Mare, a place I visited nine years ago and was struck by its charm and the absolutely unique view of the sea in these parts. With my family, I wanted to enjoy a culinary experience unlike any other in terms of quality, refinement, and vision. The reviews of this place had attracted and impressed me, so about ten days ago, before leaving Perugia, I booked this enchanting place. Last night, I had an unforgettable culinary experience at Terrazza Monachile. I had very high expectations, and they were far exceeded. The location is simply magical: looking out over Lama Monachile with a view of the sea and the village is a unique experience. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making you feel like the center of attention from the very first moment. They welcomed us with great professionalism, explaining each course with care and discretion. The owner was kind, pleasant, and open to conversation. The real triumph, however, was the food. A perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The dishes, featuring the freshest fish and raw seafood, were true works of art for the eyes and the palate. In an elegant and tranquil atmosphere, accompanied by soft music, the evening flew by. Terrazza Monachile is much more than a restaurant; it's a complete sensory experience that deserves top marks. The value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and classy evening.

Very good, friendly service and beautiful view, 2, maybe 3 rooms, the upstairs room less open but more chic, depending on your preferences...

I've been to many restaurants, but I've rarely experienced anything like this. Everything was just right. The food, service, ambiance, and value for money were all top-notch.
