After a walk in Ovada, we come across the menu of this welcoming and intimate restaurant where everything is perfect, young and trained staff, right service times, perfect chef's dishes, more than honest quality/price ratio, wide choice of wines, finally tables prepared with tablecloths and napkins! Well done! Absolutely must try!

Osteria Gallo Nero

09/07/2025: A very characteristic tavern in the center of the village of Molare. The owner, Mr. Stefano, is very kind and friendly, creating a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, authentic, and home-made. The menu changes daily and also offers a good selection of wines. Definitely a place to recommend, a place worth trying in a casual atmosphere but with quality products.
10/05/2025: Excellent dinner from appetizer to dessert between Piedmont and Liguria. From the Fassona tataki and the ravioli del plin to the Ligurian-style fried anchovies.
