We arrived and the room had a bad smell.. in five minutes they moved us to a suite with a huge bathtub in the bedroom.. impeccable service and inconvenience overcome! In the room we could hear the traffic a little but not excessively! Really excellent dinner (we had half board) and super breakfast! Hotel in the port area but very close to the center…

Hotel in an excellent location, quiet, near the port of Palermo. Excellent cleanliness and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in perfect working order. Varied breakfast, of good quality and served on the rooftop overlooking the sea; great coffee and service from the staff. Definitely a recommended choice for visiting Palermo.

The parking, absolutely essential given the area where it is located, is often unusable. Do some yourself!

When embarking or dissembarking in Palermo you can easily deposit your luggage here or book a room when you have more luggages with you :) Great service at the desk, fresh and cold drinks avvailable

They probably have a captive audience with the seaport. The room was small and uncomfortable, the servers were in a hurry to get breakfast done, and it was pretty expensive.

The hotel is in a strategic point 10 minutes walk from the Politeama theatre, from the latter, every 5 minutes on foot there is a monument or a main street, practically you can cover all the main attractions on foot in 30 minutes, the hotel has free private parking, tidy and clean rooms, excellent staff, they gave me a discount because I booked by telephone and not on other sites, but in the end I left the bill as it was on the site because the girl at the reception she was really very kind. My experience at the hotel was pleasant and fully met my expectations

Excellent location of the hotel, with spectacular views of the port. The terrace of the hotel where the restaurant is, a wonder and a pleasure. I think they have rested on their laurels and the establishment suffers from a certain neglect in its general facilities. The exterior frames of the elevators are all in a poor state, even in reception, as are the general toilets in the hall, more typical of a fourth-class pension. Dust accumulates on the cable connections in the hallways, etc. etc However, I think I will repeat this hotel if I return to the city.
