Perfect Friendly welcome. The room was exactly as we booked. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very adequate. We recommend this establishment.

The hotel is in front of port but very central to points of interest as long as you love to walk. Rooms are quite small but comfortable if you’re traveling alone. Breakfast is available but I would recommend to change layout of restaurant

Perfectly located for our trip: in close proximity to the Genoa ferry and still close to the city center with hotel parking. Special praise to the reception, who immediately responded to our delay in arrival in an understanding and helpful manner. The restaurant on the top floor with a view of the harbor and a great selection at the breakfast buffet is particularly impressive. The (upgraded) room was very well equipped, but a renovation of the walls and windows wouldn't hurt.

A hotel worth recommending. Tasty breakfasts, large selection. A big plus for freshly squeezed juice. Spacious rooms, requiring a slight facelift. However, in the bathroom there is hair shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash gel, body lotion and intimate hygiene liquid.

Nice room, clean well, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, the room on the 7th floor with a view of the port: great. Private parking was very welcome, albeit for a fee, and they allowed us to leave the car until the afternoon: very kind. Convenient location to arrive; You have to walk a bit to get to the centre, but it's worth it.

I only had breakfast, it was excellent. It can be improved in some ways, but let's say close to perfection. I liked the freshly made pancakes, the croissants that you can fill with the Nutella container. The freshly squeezed orange juice is good, it would be great if there were dedicated staff but that's fine. There is a reason to do it yourself! There wasn't the cassata that I've seen in many other previous photos, there were the cannoli which weren't the best of the best but still good. All in all, excellent experience and one worth repeating. The hotel is a stone's throw from the port, they are about to open the metro right in front and is 4/500 meters from the Politema theatre/freedom zone. Breathtaking view even though the entire port area is an open-air construction site.

A perfectly located hotel, which offers parking, which is a real plus. Spacious room, clean and at an affordable price. The hotel offers a bar/restaurant on the top floor. The view is magnificent for a drink, the evening service is also very good and has a very reasonable price. The staff at reception or in the restaurant are welcoming and smiling. In the morning breakfast also takes place on the top floor with a sunrise and a magnificent view of the horizon. There is a lot of choice at breakfast, the products are excellent.
