Appetizer with mussels southè plentiful but not very tasty. Ate two first courses which could have been good but there was sand in the clams!!!! Nothing to say about the very good scampi and prawn linguine, only to have to finish immediately afterwards with a soggy mixed fry. Recommended environment, nice, tidy and clean. Extremely friendly staff, but the menu could be improved for what we ate.

Cena della vigilia di natale, ristorante pieno. Purtroppo gli aumenti applicati per le festività, hanno portato i prezzi fuori mercato. Antipasti troppo cari e porzioni misere, rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' sbilanciato. Il cibo è buono e la sala è bella, forse a regime, senza gli aumenti per le feste, sta tutto più "centrato".

Menu ricco, buono il pesce, personale impeccabile. Nel complesso esperienza ottima. Noi che veniamo da Firenze e per essere la prima volta a Trento siamo rimasti molto contenti.

Ovviamente si parla di un ristorante di pesce in una città lontana dal mare! Ambiente molto curato, interessante l'eleganza del locale. Camerieri gentilissimi e disponibili. Primi buoni, e ampia scelta di vini di accompagnamento. Ci tornerei anche domani.

Toller, aufmerksamer und netter Service! Sehr gutes Essen! Alles frisch und lecker zubereitet. Schöner Garten, auch die Pizzeria, die zu ihnen gehört ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wirklich leckere Pizza!

30/12/2023: Hotel restaurant, taking advantage of my late arrival we decided to eat directly, what can I say, excellent service, delicious and well-made dishes, courteous and helpful staff, very elegant place, they left us in the room even after the end of their service without telling us anything, which was very welcome! Account lived up to expectations! Advised! My dog ​​was welcome here too, BRAVO!
27/12/2023: Very nice restaurant, part of the Grand hotel of Trento, nice food of excellent quality, swift and professional service. Higher price range, and bit loud as quite crowded when we were there.

30/10/2023: Ristorante molto bello e arredato con gusto, servizio perfetto...personale gentile, ti fa sentire a casa. Ho mangiato i canederli e mi sono piaciuti tantissimo, prezzi nella norma. Ci tornerei volentieri, peccato di non essere di Trento!
15/10/2023: Another excellent meal at Il Libertino, which continues to deliver a delicious modernised and lightened version of the Trentino cuisine. Stars of the day were an exemplary risotto with pumpkin and baccalà (salt cod), the salt cod mousse with polenta (yes we love the way chef Assunta prepares cod!), and an unbelievably moist rabbit with mushrooms and polenta. But also lovely were the tonnarelli with sausage and local broccoli, and a dish of pumpkin and cheese sauce. Desserts never disappoint here, with a sort of "parfait tiramisu" making an impression. Service is friendly and hard-working, capable of dealing well with even a very full room. The owner, always present, brings personality and manages everything with quiet competence and professionalism - he's a wine expert and will be able to advise you well on the the large and impressive wine list. Prices are fair.
