A beautiful restaurant: excellent food and attentive, yet unobtrusive service; a perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner.

Today we went for Christmas lunch. The place speaks for itself: well-kept, clean, and beautiful in its style. The hospitality and kindness accompanied us throughout the lunch, with availability and professionalism accompanied by every request we made. This makes this place highly recommended. Since it's a fixed menu for Christmas lunch, I will return as soon as the opportunity arises to try new dishes. A very pleasant little hotel with a wonderful restaurant. The rooms are simple, clean, and functional. The restaurant is cozy, quaint, and simply a place to feel good. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic. The breakfast is also wonderful. If we're in Friuli again, there's no way we can miss the Orologio.

Truly a splendid place, a Friulian inn-style, completely made of stone, elegantly furnished with excellent cuisine, a wide selection of wines, and FANTASTIC service. They also offer parking and rooms. I go there every time I'm in Friuli and I'm always extremely satisfied. The icing on the cake is Mrs. Tiziana (the dining room manager), who practically pampers and spoils all her guests. Highly, highly recommended.

Nice ambience, good service, excellent food

We stayed for two nights and also had dinner in the evening, so I can comment on the room and the food. Our evening visit was something special: a great ambiance (more harmonious inside than outside), pleasant service (a man with East Tyrolean roots), and wonderful food. The five-course menu for €50 (with wine pairing €70) was too much for us, so we ate à la carte and enjoyed it. The wine list was extensive, both white and red. We were also very surprised by the breakfast, especially by Italian standards. To be honest, the rooms don't live up to this high standard. While the garden-facing side meant you could barely hear anything from the street, they were very thinly soundproofed from the neighbors, and the bathroom was small and retro. Nevertheless, all in all, a great stay with really nice people.
