Good meat but mixed grill menu is not true. The meat, even if of different cuts, is only pork.

If you're in the Carpino area, you can't miss this butcher shop! Helpful and welcoming: Giuseppe, the owner, went out of his way to find us a seat even though we showed up at 8:00 PM without a reservation. What you order goes directly from the counter to your plate. The meat is truly excellent, the portions are incredibly generous: even though I was hungry, I couldn't finish the standard menu. (The photos are of what I managed to eat.) Excellent value. Since the butcher shop opened on the morning of Ferragosto, the day we returned home, I took the opportunity to grab some meat for the traditional barbecue dinner with the family, and I received many compliments on the deliciousness of the meat.

Braceria ottima. Abbiamo cenato scegliendo il menù consigliato da 20€ che è già completo. Tutto molto buono, carne tenera, profumata e cotta sapientemente. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e cordiale. Ci ha offerto alcuni piatti fuori menu (come la carne in umido, davvero squisita e tenera) oltre che dolce e amaro senza addebitarli nel conto. Esperienza positiva. Consigliatissimo.

Dopo una passeggjata nel centro storico di Carpino, decidiamo di cenare in questo "fornello". Antipasto misto luculliano composto da muscisca, affettati misti di coppa, salsiccua stagionata, mozzarella, frittatina, provolone di fossa e polpettine panate e polpettine al sugo. Arrosto misto di agnello, salsiccia, bombette e capocollo con contorno di verdure miste , insalata e patate con due calici di vino rosso veramente apprezzabile. I due titolari di una gentilezza straordinaria. Che dire? Se si passa da Carpino , tappa sicura!!!!

We trusted the reviews and left, an hour's drive but on vacation it's a walk that you gladly do, we arrived at 8:40 pm, there was no one, we went in timidly if we could eat...... Giuseppe made us sit down and from then on everything met all our expectations. Simple climate, welcoming clean and friendly, abundant and delicious food, both the appetizer and the meat and then the bill...... The 2 of us spent less than what we spent per person in other places in slightly more commercial areas... I usually don't leave reviews but Carpino, from Terra Nostra Giuseppe and crew really deserved it. Yesterday we met you, when we return to Gargano you will be a fixed stop and to be repeated even on the same vacation.
