Excellent food, small room but everything delicious!!!

We just finished our 7 day "tour" of Italy. There is no doubt that one of the best moments was visiting this restaurant. Our enthusiasm for Gargano was only enhanced by lunch at "Terra nostra". It is difficult to single out what was better: quality and quantity of food, deliciousness, quality of wine, affordable prices or extremely friendly staff. No doubt, when we come back to Gargano, we will have lunch at your place again, congratulations, team!

Oduševljena sam konceptom ovog restorana kao i uslugom te gostoljubljivošću samog vlasnika i osoblja .Hrane je bilo u izobilju i sve je bilo jako ukusno. Cijene su pristupačne ,a hrana 🔝🔝🔝. ♡

An exceptional experience!!! Our cheerful group of 9 passengers was pleasantly surprised by the offer of meat and local perfectly prepared delicacies We will definitely come back at the first opportunity and I recommend the dried lamb to everyone. Especially pleasant and helpful staff. Kudos to the concept of a butcher shop and a restaurant together. The prices are more than acceptable.

Kudos to the food, service and wine. If you want to really eat, this is the right place.

Ich war nun zum wiederholten Mal in Carpino und als Gast mit meinen Freunden in der Braceria von Guiseppe. Unsere Wahl fiel auf das Menü welches in drei verschiedenen Größenordnungen angeboten wird. Es war wie bereits die Male davor von überragender Qualität und präsentierte die Vielfalt des Angebotes. Allein der Vorspeisenteller war eine Komposition aus diversen Köstlichkeiten die Guiseppe auch in seiner Macelleria seiner Kundschaft offeriert. Der Hauptgang war eine Reise durch die Welt der Fleischgenießer und wurde in der Zubereitungsart in zwei Varianten angeboten. Hier kommt der Genießer von lokalen Produkten voll auf seine Kosten. Die Frische der Komponenten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das muss man einfach erlebt haben da es kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben ist. Die Speisen werden sowohl in einem klimatisierten Gastraum als auch auf einer überdachten Terrasse vor dem Haus angeboten. Das erlesene Angebot von Weinen und die Reichhaltigkeit der Menüs ist einfach nur mit bemerkenswert zu beschreiben. Nie war jemals einer meiner Freunde von dem Besuch bei Guiseppe enttäuscht worden. Ein Kompliment dem gesamten Serviceteam welches auch bei zunehmenden Besucherzahlen immer ruhig und freundlich auftrat. Nahezu jeder Wunsch wurde zeitnah erfüllt. Mein Fazit: Dies war bestimmt nicht mein letzter Besuch bei Guiseppe und seinem Team.

I was in Carpino again as a guest with my friends in the Braceria of Guiseppe. Our choice fell on the menu, which is offered in 3 different sizes. As before, it was of outstanding quality and showcased the diversity of what was on offer. The appetizer plate alone was a composition of various delicacies that Guiseppe also offers to his customers in his Macelleria. The main course was a journey through the world of meat lovers and was prepared in two different ways. Connoisseurs of local products get their money's worth here. The freshness of the components leaves nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it because it can hardly be described in words. The food is served both in an air-conditioned dining room and on a covered terrace in front of the house. The exquisite selection of wines and the richness of the menu can only be described as remarkable. Never had any of my friends been disappointed by their visit to Guiseppe. A compliment to the entire service team, who always appeared calm and friendly even as the number of visitors increased. Almost every wish was fulfilled promptly. My conclusion: This was definitely not my last visit with Guiseppe and his team.

Quiet place welcomed by the friendly and welcoming manager, eating the meat and the appetizers there is a real delicacy, a place to go to several times

excellent cuisine, exceptional meat... excellent staff, they make you feel at home.......I took a cut and it was really special, I recommend trying it
