We discovered this restaurant on a special offer and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is just outside the city walls, making it less touristy. The service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. The food was made with top-quality ingredients. We ate: fava bean puree with chicory and fried cod, and Salento-style octopus, followed by tagliolini cacio e pepe with raw Gallipoli shrimp, and orecchiette with tomato and cacioricotta sauce. Everything was excellent. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.

We stumbled upon it by chance, or rather, by luck. The location is very charming, the service is attentive and professional, and the food is excellent. The seafood risotto is delicious, as is the octopus and tuna tartare, all very well prepared. Recommended for lovers of good, refined cuisine. Good value for money.

It was a pleasant experience, a place slightly out of the way from the historic center of the city. We went for dinner and we were out. The menu offers both land and sea. The dishes were good, with a good presentation. The service was fast and friendly. The prices are fair. I recommend this place!

The restaurant, located in the heart of Otranto, is very well-kept. The service was impeccable and the dishes met expectations: particularly appreciated were the burratina, served on a frisa base and topped with cherry tomatoes, rocket and capers, and the orecchiette with cherry tomatoes and caciocavallo.

Het eten was heerlijk. Zeer goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk bediening. Het was rustig maar waarschijnlijk door het vroege seizoen.

04/06/2025: A small bar with little more than a counter inside, but with a nice outdoor terrace in a pedestrian plaza. They have a modest menu with a few starters, fried foods, and paninis. The sandwiches are very tasty, with good, fresh, and locally sourced seafood, well paired with vegetables and sauces. The octopus panino with burrata on black bread and the beef burger with cheese were delicious. They have craft beers. The service was good; they were friendly and very attentive at all times, although somewhat slow. A small place, ideal for a good meal or simply for a leisurely aperitif or cocktail in a very pleasant atmosphere. An unpretentious place with good value for money.
11/03/2025: Burrata and octopus sandwich - absolutely class, although the tomato and pickled onion salad may have been even better.

03/06/2025: A very good restaurant adjoining the Callistos Hotel & Spa in Tricase, Puglia. This restaurant allows hotel guests to dine in a lounge setting with remarkable service. The dishes are refined and generous. You won't be disappointed by the variety of dishes offered. The wine list is also extensive.
