We came across this restaurant by chance. I must say that we ate very well. They took us to see the catch of the day. We chose monkfish which was cooked with pasta. It was exceptional. Then we took a sea bass fillet with aubergines and chicory, which was also very good. It is clear that those who manage the restaurant do it with passion, which, unfortunately, is now rare to find. You can say that this is a restaurant that cooks fish! Well done, keep it up.

Attracted by the performance of table service I decided to try the cuisine. I was a good prophet in my homeland. I tried some bread croutons with anchovies, dried tomatoes and not very tasty cheese. Very delicate. Then the Salento-style octopus, octopus cooked in its own water then finished cooking with tomato and potatoes. The wine is from a Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc farm in the area. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, capace di consigliarti al meglio. Pesce fresco ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato una gallinella freschissima, di oltre un chilo, cucinata divinamente alla marinara, seppia cruda, burrata locale con frisella integrale, sorbetto, due calici di spumante e uno di vino bianco. Prezzo congruo. In due settimane di vacanza ci siamo stati tre volte, e ci ritorneremo sicuramente alla prossima occasione.

Era da un po’ che non mangiavamo qui e come sempre ne è valsa la pena! Una splendida location, un servizio che non potrebbe essere migliore con uno staff molto cortese e attento alle nostre richieste, un'ottima carta dei vini, ma soprattutto un rispetto della materia prima e della specificità del territorio difficili da trovare e che rendono questo ristorante uno dei posti migliori per gustare i sapori del territorio. Consigliatissimo!
