Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria and restaurant, in the heart of Porta Pia. The menu ranges from appetizers, pizzas, first and second courses, with traditional and more innovative proposals; an example: tacos stuffed with Genoese ragù, tomato and meatballs and cracklings and ricotta. The pizza is exceptional! The dough is light and well-stuffed. Even the desserts are worth a try. The restaurant is modern in style, well-kept and with a relaxing atmosphere; the owner and all his staff are kind, helpful people. Terra Mia is a pizzeria not to be missed!

The definition of pizza is here. Forget gourmet pizzas served on slate with Latin names: here you eat real pizza. The kind that arrives at your table and makes you say "here, this is pizza". Soft dough but cooked to perfection, neither rubbery nor toasted, with that aroma that makes you forget about any diet. The ingredients? Of the highest quality, chosen with care, not with the wheel of fortune. The tomato tastes like tomato, the mozzarella strings without becoming a plastic ball, the oil is fragrant and well-measured. Here they don't play at being flour scientists, the ones who serve you raw dough disguised as artistic experiments. No. Here there is respect for tradition, for the oven and for those who truly love pizza. A pizzeria like this makes you regret every time you accepted a "reinterpretation". Because pizza, the real one, cannot be reinvented: it is done well. And they do it like a god.

We discovered it while looking for a place due to tiredness and hunger from traveling all day. The place is very clean and stylish. Their pizzas are really good and the price is also reasonable. One pizza is easily enough for one person. We also had the chance to try their pasta. It is very good and ample portions. Their desserts can be eaten if you have a medium level sweet tooth.

Auténtica pizza napolitana, absolutamente deliciosa. Una de las mejores pizzerías de Roma. Ambos comimos los arancini para empezar y luego una pizza cada uno. Todo estaba tan sabroso. El personal era encantador y el vino era bueno.

15/05/2025: Fresh from the wonderful experience of my son's first communion, I recommend Casale Bussoletti to everyone: excellent location - with space for children to have fun - top quality food but above all attentive and friendly managers. We will be back to delight ourselves again.
13/05/2025: An unforgettable experience for the whole family! We chose this restaurant to celebrate our son's communion on Saturday 10 May 2025, and we couldn't have made a better choice! It was a gamble because we didn't know the place. We trusted the nice reviews on the internet. The outdoor spaces are perfect where, thanks also to the not adverse weather, we enjoyed the abundant welcome aperitif by the pool. In addition, there is a large outdoor garden that allowed the little ones to have fun freely, while we adults enjoyed the day in total relaxation. The true soul of the place, however, is undoubtedly Stefano and his brother, who with their cordiality and attention made us feel at home. Always available and welcoming in all the requests we made, they made our experience even more special. The quality of the food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert, and the service was impeccable, with perfect dish delivery times, allowing us to enjoy each course without rushing and with the right rhythm. I wanted to highlight a plus, bottled water!!! Now a rarity in most restaurants. Keep it up. Effort and work done well always pay off. We will definitely be back! A restaurant that we recommend to everyone, not only for special occasions, but also for those looking for a place to eat well and feel warmly welcomed!

'Na Fojetta - Ristorante a Frascati

16/05/2025: Definitely one of the best restaurants in Frascati, the quality of the ingredients and the flavors are excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. The lamb I tried yesterday was perfect. Expect to pay €60 for a starter/main course/dessert with 1/4 of wine and sparkling water.
