They have menu sets for both seafood and meat, I had the 25€ euro set with an appetizer and a meat platter. The appetizer, a platter with cheeses and salamis, was great! The meat platter was unfortunately disappointing. Nothing interesting about it- some grilled meat, with no sauce, no herbs or seasoning. Out of the two skewers one was inedible as it was essentially burned into charcoal, the mutton chop (?? I assume??) was mainly fat with very little meat. For the price, I suppose, it was good, but I'd rather pay a little more for better cuts of meat and would really love to see it done in a more interesting way. Really, there was nothing about the food that stood out, but it was okay. Perhaps the seafood selection is better.
The desserts were nice, especially the Panna Cotta with saffron, creamy and flavorful! Tiramisu did not stand out, but was good as well.
What I must say was great was the service, the waiters were busy, but didn't forget about us- always interacting with a smile and life to them. For how busy it was, we really appreciated it. The inside of the restaurant is nice, however the women's bathroom was unfortunately not great and rather dirty.

Terrace in the streets of old Cagliari couldn't be nicer.
Traditional Sardinian cuisine in the heart of the old town and its real atmosphere.
Fresh and hearty mixed seafood fry. Take it easy.

Had lunch on the advice of Andrea, our tour guide.
'Sea' menu of the day with an excellent trio of starters (in particular the mussel soup) and grilled sea bream. The sea bream was out of the ordinary, truly excellent.
The farmer's cutting board is also excellent.
Super recommended.

Waitress Francesca was so nice and welcoming. She smiled and welcomed us. When plates were removed with cutlery, by someone else, she replaced without us asking. She dropped extra bread. She checked in... just super!
We took the 25€ set meal. I am very happy with our choice.
Crab and zucchini lacked visible crab, but it was still nice...just couldn't see the crab in the fried balls.
There were indications that mussels must have been cooked as part of a larger portion/reheated..not sure because a few looked dried,...but they were still very nice and full of flavour. We enjoyed it anyway.
Octopus salad was good!
Fregola pasta was really good! So much seafood flavour!
Fresh fish was salted to perfection. Really liked it. The underside of meat was "mushy"... but I still ate and enjoyed it.
We would definitely return and recommend - I'm just mentioning little things that I think they can improve on. Nothing major.

I had the chance to try this restaurant in Via Barcellona together with my company; everyone ordered multiple dishes.
I ordered the Malloreddus with Campidano sauce and a mixed grill consisting of: sheep's roasts, bacon, sliced beef and sausage. The pasta was decidedly tasty and its ingredients perfectly balanced with each other, which is why I congratulate the chef, given that it is the first typically Sardinian dish that I ate with gusto; what urges me to give 4 stars out of 5 to the food is the mixed grill: as a lover of Abruzzo's kebabs, I couldn't ignore the decidedly toasted aspect of the dish; I was not the only one in my group to order them and the person concerned had the same problem as me, I recommend the chef to work on this aspect.
Otherwise, the choice to leave the "salt seasoning" part to the customer was to my taste, as I am a person who likes to put salt in abundance. Nice find!
The service fully met my expectations, the staff is decidedly helpful and, which is actually not to be taken for granted, has adequate knowledge regarding the composition of the dishes on the menu.
This evening, however, I noticed a hint of turmoil, being a very crowded place, but let's go further.
The restaurant is very nice and is located on a narrow, slightly sloping street in the Marina district, which is very close to the port of Cagliari.
The problem that the proximity to the site brings is the high humidity of the air so it is really hot in the evening (if not all day); inside there is the air conditioner, but it is useless for its purpose, since every time the employees have to serve the customers at the tables outside the restaurant, they open the main entrance door, making the thermal intervention of the air conditioner useless. We were sitting inside, in front of the main door, so where the air conditioner is not in sight you can't breathe.
Having analyzed this last point, I would like to suggest to the kind owner, given that I don't know the entire floor plan of the place, to move the air conditioner above the main door or, given that there is another parallel entrance, add one another and place them both above the entrances so as to ventilate as much as possible, especially with the action of the DEHUMIDIFIER.

Highly recommended! We got gnocchi Campidanese for the child and he really liked it! We have large spaghetti with seafood, super 👍 well seasoned with fish, salted just right and cooked just right (neither raw nor overcooked), as an appetizer the panades (I had previously tried them with meat, here instead they fill them with vegetables) super good ! Very good house white wine. To finish, tiramisu and Sardinian sweets with marsala, all good even at the end! Normal prices, super service. We will be back 😄maybe it's better to book especially at the weekend :-)
