Terra e Sale In Alliste

I honestly don't understand the cold or negative reviews for this restaurant. Splendid location near the Castle in a historic and truly characteristic square. All the dishes were more than good. Portions were not excessive but honest. We really enjoyed it. THANK YOU. P.S.: with The Fork discount, it's a crime not to go!

Good food quality, but a bit limited in quantity. The wine selection is limited, but the quality is good. Terrible coffee. Efficient service, friendly staff. Overall, decent value. Awesome location.

In the center of Felline, a hamlet of Alliste, you'll find a small village made up entirely of restaurants and tables in the square. The service, food quality, and overall offerings are all similar, and none are unforgettable...

Excellent experience. The appetizers and first courses were worthy of a fine restaurant. The very young chef delighted us with extremely delicate yet (thanks to the quality of the ingredients) boldly flavored first courses. An experience worth repeating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo fermati a cena da Terra e Sale e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La location è splendida, curata nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera romantica che rende il tutto ancora più speciale. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con un personale cordiale, attento e sempre sorridente. Abbiamo iniziato con un piccolo antipasto di crudi freschissimi e deliziosi, perfetti per aprire la serata. Io ho scelto il tataki di tonno e… che dire: non solo buonissimo, ma assolutamente memorabile! Morbido, saporito, cotto alla perfezione. Il mio fidanzato ha optato per un primo piatto che ha apprezzato tantissimo. Siamo usciti più che soddisfatti, con il sorriso sulle labbra. Un posto che consigliamo con il cuore e dove torneremo sicuramente!

Il ristorante ha una location davvero stupenda nel centro storico di Felline, con tavoli all'aperto in piazza proprio di fronte al castello. L'arredamento è curato e il cibo ottimo. È il posto perfetto per passare una serata a due immersi nella magia suggestiva della calda estate pugliese.
