We ate in the restaurant of this farmhouse for dinner and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised! It is a gourmet restaurant where first and foremost you can savor the quality of the raw materials and the mastery of the chef from starters to desserts. Truly excellent cuisine in the area.

The place is very welcoming and the quantity of tables is adequate for its size.
We enjoyed some excellent dishes, the ingredients of which are often of their own production.
A delicate lentil soup with a small amount of river prawns, excellent crepe timbales with vegetable and saffron ratatouille, tasty spaghettoro verrigni with river prawns, mint and lemon
grilled lamb and to finish a delicious pear tart.
All accompanied by one of their organic wines, a wonderful Trebbiano mixed with Malvasia.
The owner then offered us some gentian and some ratafia made by him.
What can I say.... our experience was truly satisfying and I think we will return to taste other dishes.

Excellent restaurant, I dined with refined and healthy dishes. Delightful and comfortable environment. The friendly and competent staff. The only sore point is the dessert. Too "sweet", but it's a matter of taste.

Magical and refined place, once you cross the door time stops leaving room for an enchanting sensorial experience... enchanting to look at thanks also to the open space windows through which it is possible to observe the magnificent Abruzzo landscape, environment with attention to the smallest details, exceptional cuisine , typical regional but revisited in the presentation of the dishes! A piece of us is jealously guarded in this magical place!

A confirmation!
I had been there a couple of years ago and had a good time.
We are back today on a day where, if almost everything goes well, you have achieved an excellent result, given the large number of people.
The location is truly adorable, well structured and, to also take a look at the beautiful architecture, Terra di Solina largely reflects my taste, both outside and inside.
The food was really excellent, from the fried pizza with egg and vegetables for the starter, to the timbale, from the gnocchi with lamb sauce, to the baked lamb with potatoes.
All accompanied by the home-produced rosée that Alfonso takes care of as if he were his own son, fresh and delicious!
To finish, the sweet pizza, typical of our areas, fresh and light, which almost seemed like a paradox.
Accompanied by ratafia and gentian always of own production, drunk in the company of Alfonso who tells you anecdotes and memories and makes everything even more pleasant.
It was hot yes, but we felt so good that in the end you get over it!

NB: honorable note to the staff, despite the bedlam, the heat and some people who would challenge anyone's patience, they managed to manage and give everyone a smile.
We will definitely be back.

New and well-kept environments, fresh and genuine raw materials, strictly homemade and freshly prepared dishes! Amazing wine from the farm... if we really want to find a flaw, the waiting times are a bit long, but that's normal with such a complex menu and if everything is cooked at the moment and then the place is so pleasant that you can stay there for a while no more sorry!
